Obama and the Democrats can deliver change if they are willing to commit suicide in the process (which they just may be). The outrage caused by ramming this thru over voter objections will send them off to the electoral wilderness, but the incoming GOP will find it VERY difficult to subsequently pull recipeints away from the Government teat. The country will be by then addicted to Socialism and “changed” forever. Commited true Leftists may take that bargain.

And who will replace the United States as leader of the Free world? Israel? I don’t know if there will be a Free World for very long with out a Super Power to defend it.
With slave states like China growing in power, if there is no Fortress America to defend freedom from such states who can?
Appeaser Europe can not be counted upon to defend itself let alone another democracy.
Israel will defend itself as long as it can but it does not have the strength or the reach to defend another state.
No, with out the United States defending Freedom I do not think there is anyone to defend Freedom in the world.

Then the Free World is doomed as we know it, and in its place will be a global dictatorship. Only if Obama and the Democrap Congress are permitted to continue their assault on the Constitution unabated.
I believe that the general public is beginning to become aware that this administration is on the wrong path and will let it’s voice be heard.
I also believe that this rush to socialism by the Libs will cause a blood letting in the 2010 election that will make the 1994 election look pale in comparison.
