I grew up in Southwest Ohio and have been irritiated at the Plain Dealer for as long as I can remember as they were so liberal but to read the question they asked made me sit up and take notice. When you get a paper like that willing to ask a question like that to ZERO, then you know how bad him and the Obama care bill are doing.
Wonder if he throws ash trays like Hillary when things go bad?

Not really. Chris and Howard Fineman were worried about his race card response to the question about the radical black prof's arrest. They were lukewarm at best with regard to his performance overall.

Well, you have to remember that in his limited experience, houses are obtained through crooked political deals, so it’s easy to see how he might be confused.

“The Sgt., along with the gentleman, were now on the porch of __ Ware St. and again he was shouting, now to the onlookers (about seven) “THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO BLACK MEN IN AMERICA”! The gentleman refused to listen as to why the Cambridge police were there. While on the porch, the gentleman refused to be cooperative and continued shouting that the Sgt. is racist police officer.”
It appears Gates was trying to provoke the gathering crowd of onlookers against the police officers.
At that point, when Gates is trying to incite others against the police, it was completely appropriate for police to nip that in the bud immediately for the safety of all present.
All it takes is one ACORN-type in the crowd to react to Gates and try to physically confront a police officer for the situation to quickly get out of control, with the potential for serious injury to someone.
The police should be commended for putting the safety of all present first and foremost.
Yeah, but there are LOTS of black and hispanic cops...who have families and friends. My God, Obama starts out saying he doesn’t know all the facts, then proceeds to essentially convict the Cambridge PD of racism. Anyone with a brain will see how cheaply he throws around the race card (of course, we all know most libs don’t have brains, but still.)
