And that is half the problem: the use of ettiquette in the international community has become over-rated. Personally, I would appreciate some state leaders and representatives just telling it like it is. Hence one reason I like Bolton as much as I do.
Then dropping a bomb or two, just to emphasize their point. I personally like "Gunboat Diplomacy", when you have strong adults running the show.
They do not have to like us; they must fear and respect us, though.

I saw Hillary on TV last night and she looks to have gained more weight.
I’ll say one thing positive about NK, they are still good for comic relief. Way back during the Cold War, we also had other great comedians such Radio Tirana and Radio Peking. I miss the nightly rants against “American imperialists and their running dogs” and hearing about the production successes of State Pipe Factory #2. Sigh, those were the golden years of short wave listening. You youngsters don’t know what you’ve missed.
