“All the evidence” - you mean “no evidence”

Well, Jon Stewart is very very liberal. He doesn’t have the same target as he had when Bush was pres. So he’s reduced to marginalizing any critics of this president.
Jon Stewart is a pompous jerk...can’t stand him or his show. The whole faux news thing just irks me...
So he thinks he can turn his aging meth-head, butt-head audience into anti-birther shock troops?
Birthers (this term is new to me this week) have grown legs. Everyone is wondering now.

He’s a comedian. Any serious politician who ends up on his show should consider another line of work.
You’d have to be out of your mind to end up on that show.
As such, he doesn’t even understand the constitution. If he’s got kids, and they play baseball, he ended up needing their birth certificates. There’s zero evidence of where this guy was born, where he went to school, how he got to Indonesia, etc.
Obama can solve this in an hour. Jon can give himself a rectal exam for all I care. If he needs help bending back that far, many would love to help him out with that.
So why doesn’t someone ask why Obama supporters are spending millions on lawyers to avoid discovery on this issue? All they have to do is produce a “Real Birth Certificate”. It’s as simple as that.

Has Obama spent money fighting this stuff in court when he could simply release the Hawaii BC or hasnt he?

First, the issue of evidence is itself disputed. Saying "against all the evidence" begs the question.
Second, what unites "birthers" is their desire for Obama to show the original Hawaii birth certificate (not the CLB). They don't ALL necessary believe, affirmatively, that he's foreign-born (although some do); but ALL believe he should come forward with the original certificate, if only to put the questions to rest.

Stewart has also spent the last week or so hosting Cabinet Secretaries (on a comedy show mind you) and lobbing softball after softball in oder to let them use his stage as a platform from which to spew their socialist message. They are trying to convince the younger generation that socialism is good and that (seriously) these people can take on the ‘tough questions’.
Yet another sign we are living in Bizarro world.
Except the only piece of evidence that would put this all to rest, which is only one phone call away. Getting Obama to produce a Certificate of Birth is harder than getting Kerry to release his military records.
