Weren’t the questions at the press conference pre-submitted?
So how can Obamalamadingdang back track when he had a week to prepare?
Maybe Obama’s worst moment as president, and definitely the most revealing. This will awaken more of the guilt-ridden white folks who were his real margin of victory.
And that great scholar Henry Louis Gates comes across looking like a race baiting, hot-headed nitwit.
Obama is obsessed with race. As others have said, he is a willing disciple of George Soros, Jeremiah Wright, Saul Alinsky, Bill Ayers, and Frank Davis.
And so it begins. I stand with Americans not the race-baiters. Thanks goodness that we have more than pitchforks and torches - we’re gonna need everything we have.
His ego DEMANDS he get involved.
He is ALL ego and he is under it’s control...
BO is playing this trump card without seemingly needing to doso...but otoh, his willingness to bring this up in his big HC confab gives us a very strong indication of how important his plans to subvert Healthcare means to him and his cabal’s strategies....it’s very frightening when you think of this and his urging of the far left/acorn types to get out on the streets to support HC.
It was all about him, has always been all about him, will always be all about him and his power grab.
Oh, yeah! And we ARE all racist scum-forever, and ever......p>vaudine
“I would have thanked him and offered a cup of coffee for his vigilence....”
...and a donut!! :)
Officer Crowley should settle for nothing less than obama's resignation.
Slowly, Obama is abandoning any pretense of being the president of all Americans. He is an anti-white racist, pure and simple. He will not be satisfied until all white people are brought down a peg or two, economically and in every other way. It started at his inauguration. The whiff of anti-White triumphalism was inescapable. But nobody in the MSM mentioned it.
Gates handed the officer his Harvard University ID card.
Ive worked at enough places to know...his ADDRESS was not on the ID card.
Well said!
Still a ways to go, but there has been a noticeable deterioration of how the nation perceives Obama, and the slobbering MSM has begun to realize that they can totally destroy their own careers if they stay in the tank for this guy when he’s looking like an amateur day-after-day.
Also, I believe that, and the decreasing likelihood that he’ll be able to get his major initiatives through Congress, these are the main reason for the stock market rally. There are some day-to-day good news reasons, but the big reason is the weakening of Obama’s presidency.
Obama’s ascendance sent the market down, and his descendance will sent it up.
You missed the most important point. He is totally ignorant our federal form of government. This is a local issue and is of no concern to the President. He should have responded “this is a local issue, you’ll have to take it up with the folks in Cambridge”.
First we had “Joe the Plumber”. I’ll bet Obama’s thugs start throwing mud at “Jim the Cop” real soon.
Politically and figuratively speaking, it’ high time he got a fist slammed into his teeth.
I heard BHO make the statement last night right after he said he did not have all of the facts.
For the President to say that an experienced officer acted "stupidly" will bring the wrath of a lot of uniform officers and agents down on him. He pronounced a judgment and brought up Race while also admitting he did not have all the facts. That makes BHO a racist.
I read the officer's report. He was trying to leave the man in his rage. There was also information from the complainant that two men were trying to enter the dwelling. The officer made no mention of a second man.
There are several issues here -
1) An officer trying to determine what happened.
2) An officer concerned for the safety of himself, the individual(s) in the house, and those assembling on the sidewalk.
3) A less than complaint man about which the officer had a level of reasonable suspicion (legal term) upon arrival.
4) A situation that was starting to elevate based on the accusations of Race coming out of Gates mouth.
The sergeant needed to get Gates out of the house. Where was the 2nd individual? Is Gates in danger? Is he the prep? As I was a law enforcement officer, I can speak to this situation and say when others bring race into a situation like this, they are saying "Officer, because of the past, I get a pass on my behavior. I can get in your face and there is nothing you can do about it." I believe that if the sergeant responding had been a black man and Gates treated him the same way, Gates would have still been arrested.
The cop should have known that Harvard professors don’t burglarize houses on the side, and if he watches any TV, he should know that all burglars are white males (as in the home security commercials).
Obama planned to answer that question in advance, and had prepared his answer--he was very familiar with the facts, but omitted everything that put Gates in the wrong.
