An Airhead Weighs In on “Racist Cop”: In Case You Were Wondering . . .

. . . your faux-”conservative” representative on ABC’s yenta/hag-fest, “The View,” agrees with President Obama and Whoopi Goldberg that Officer James Crowley–the working-class cop trying to do his job–was “racist” in arresting the completely obnoxious and belligerent Henry Louis “Skip” Gates, Jr. for disorderly conduct. For the last two days on the show, she’s agreed with those two and called the officer a racist, lecturing us on the topic. And the ever vacant Hasselbeck, today, defended and praised Obama for saying Crowley and the Cambridge Police Department acted “Stupidly.” Don’t forget her stellar credential: coming in fourth on the second season of “Survivor.”

Aren’t you glad to be “represented” by this “conservative”? Hey, don’t blame me. She repeatedly gets the praise of those who love her–Sean Hannity (who constantly promotes her) and Michelle Malkin (who got upset when conservatives criticized Hasselbeck and said she’s “doing a great job”). And, as I recall, Federal Air Marshall Robert Thompson likes her, too. One of my friends calls Hasselbeck, a “token Chrissy Snow RINO sidekick.” He’s being kind.

It would be nice if "The View" would add an intelligent, articulate and conservative woman to it's panel of hags.

How many “white” people have been arrested when screaming at a cop in front to their house? Why aren’t these people being defended? Sounds like “racism” and “stupidity” to me!

Why even give notice to this hagfest? Appealing to the lowest common denominator of the human condition is a pretty lame premise.

What’s funny about this...is...my husband had a very similar situation happen to him years ago....when he forgot the key to his parent’s beachhouse - went to call them at a payphone (this was in early 1980’s), but in the meantime his buddy (still at the beachhouse) decided to try and pry an upstairs window open.....when hub saw a police car with lights fly by...he KNEW he was in trouble....yep...had to explain WHO he was...why they had a trailer on the car with ONE state’s license, and the car with another State’s license....BUT...they were NOT stoopid enough to SCREAM and YELL at the POLICEMAN! who was just doing his job. All ended peacefully.

'Why even give notice to this hagfest? "

You have a point. On the other hand, "The View" is one of the most watched, if not the most watched daytime program on television. It also leads the 18-49 demographic. The problem is those people also vote, and given the level of idiotic commercials on daytime television, they must be impressionable as well.

It would be nice if they'd actually give some balance to their programming with a conservative woman who can actually counter the absolutely insane statements and claims made by the other three professional comedians and they grand doyen of journalism, Babs Walters. As it stands, Hasselbeck is feckless and embarrassing and at best a moderate, hardly a conservative. At worst, she actually causes more harm to the conservative viewpoint than the other three combined.

Is there anyone who is stupid enough to care what these whiny women on The View say?

See my post above. Yes there are, and they vote. Welcome to America in the age of the celebutard.

My wife and my daughter watch The View. Neither of them would ever make a decision on what these whiny hags say. Maybe there are people out there who are stupid enough to be influenced by The View. But wouldn't an intelligent and articulate conservative woman be wasted on such an inane show? Would an intelligent conservative woman even want to get involved in stupid screamfests with these women?

That would drive that red headed hag absolutely nuts. She'd literally get into a hair pulling hag fight within a week if Bawbwa Wawas ever hired a real conservative instead of that token bimbo rino they call a conservative in order to appear "balanced".

A real conservative would also draw out the real Whoopee Goldberg, who was an extreme leftwing moonbat racist bigmouth before she joined "the spew".

That show is the biggest joke ever. All Obama praise all the time.

That's because there is absolutely nothing else on. Unless you want to watch the price is right hosted by the most boring monotone game show host ever in the history of game shows. Even the infomercials and the religious shows are more exciting than Drew Cary.

"How many “white” people have been arrested when screaming at a cop in front to their house?"

Plenty. But because it can't be twisted into racism it isn't news.

Though trending conservative in views-she is not very good at articulating her views and unable to deal with the shout downs and seems to not be too good at handling the pressure. She’s their token conservative and their choice because they don’t want to be bothered by a strong conservative woman who will not let them handle her. I think it is damning that Baba Wawa, a so-called ‘journalist’, is the creator of this liberal lovefest and only proves what a hack she has always been.

I’d make sure your family members are not losing IQ points spending there time watching that drivel. I could be hazardous to their mental well being.
