In the DeLano case, 06-4780-bk, Judge Sotomayor, presiding, and her colleagues on a panel of the Court of Appeals, 2nd Circuit (CA2), issued a summary order to protect, not the rule of law, but rather their appointee to a bankruptcy judgeship, Bankruptcy Judge John C. Ninfo, II, WBNY. Her conduct in that case and the order are so contemptuous of the most important Constitutional guarantee that a judge, let alone a justice of the Supreme Court, must safeguard, namely, due process of law, that Judge Sotomayor withheld the order from the Committee in her three principal and supplementary responses to its Questionnaire and subsequent requests for more precise answers

All Senators all (except Franken, who didn't have a fax) were sent a 32 page report outlining a possible, well documented 12 year fraud that we've heard nothing about. Apparently they've known this since 3 July.

I've called the SC senators, sessions and the judiciary committee (who said they'd get back to me) all plead ignorance and I'm still waiting for a response.

Go rattle your senators’ cages to the breaking point to ensure they know your displeasure.

The biggest problem is that a number of Republicans will vote for Sotomayor...or course the Hispano-Racist Lindsay Graham already has said he would
We get racists like Sotomayor on the court because of a weak, non-conservative GOP...and the faux conservatives that continue to waste their votes on the GOP

I hope she never gets seated. She will. No way to stop the King Obama and the corrupt machine. Sad, but until we get rid of the power in the Senate and dump this child like sick King Obama, we are in trouble.

And the best that the JAG queen, Sen Grahamnesty, could come up with during questioning was, “Do you have a temperment problem?”

Even Sen Sessions, who seemed to be giving her the toughest questions, gave her a pass on the issue that could stop her.
