Sarah has initiated a brilliant flanking manuever against the left, the DNC, the MSM and the RINOs that has them all in a frenzy wondering what her next move will be and how it will be perceived...and has them frothing at the mouth in their efforts to discredit her.
But conservatives ALL OVER THE COUNTRY are anxious to welcome her!
Sarah will now get her book out, go on tour, give speeches and promote conservatie principles all over this country in the midst of the Obama administration disaster and gain great political capital in the process. Then she will support conservative candidates in 2010 and help them win, amassing much more political capital. She will then take all of that and make an awesome, stunning run for the Presidency in 2012.

She should move to Simi Valley, Ca. Why, because it’s Reagan country, it’s where Ronald Reagan loved to be, it’s why he chose the library to be located there and why he chose to be buried there. My cousins live there, it’s a beautiful city with Conservative Values. There is a house down the street from my cousin that is for sale, hint hint. One problem though, the heat, it is very hot there. The Palins seem to love to be around lakes, where Todd can fish, kinda hard to find that here in Cali, I think she would love Texas. I LOVE Texas, great state, great values.
I don’t think she will sell her home in Alaska, she loves Alaska too much. But perhaps, she will buy a 2nd home here in the lower 48, that way she can travel with more ease. Her whole family is in Alaska, I don’t see her leaving the state, but buying a 2nd home might make more sense

John Batchelor: "As a candidate, she begins the nomination hunt with a formula
that none of her rivals can match, not even Mitt Romney,
not only because she gave up something in order to go for the
White House but also because she reached this decision by being drafted.
What is going on right now in the Republican Party
even as the professionals scramble to react with grins and
snorts to the news of Palins Alaska resignation
are the early scenes of the 2012 campaign for the presidency
with Sarah Palin as the once and future hero. Like Joan of Arc,
Catherine the Great, Elizabeth Regina, and, skipping
four centuries of quarrelsome princes, Margaret Thatcher,
the Republican Party has already decided that the governor of Alaska
will rescue the GOP from its ruination.
What Sarah Palin begins with an announcement from
Wasilla is not only a campaign, it is an Iditarod of a crusade
first woman, first mom, and second moose-hunter into the White House."
"In fact, the governor does not need much more than a ballot line from the aimless,
tongue-tied, villain-rich GOP. She certainly does not need the GOP to do well
in the congressional mid-terms in 2010; she does not need the party
to improve its flabby polling on health care or trust;
she does not even need the Republican Party to raise a voice
to explain her positions on the burning controversies on Capitol Hill.
Palin does not need to prove anything at all about wise government,
because she appeals directly to the anti-authoritarian crowd that has
been with us since Shays Rebellion in 1787."

Gov. Palin --
We heard you shocked the Anchorage Daily News after you took office when you went to one of their editorial board meetings by yourself, no staff or anything. They were so stunned they wrote an article about it.
So it's clear you understand the concept of "one riot, one Ranger". Texas is the place for you.

Man, I'm going to have to take back all those bad things I've said about Texans. :-) Especially since my oldest is looking at Texas A&M as a possibility...
But please, when you come to Colorado, moving here or just visiting, please learn how to drive in snow and mountains... :-)

Why would the Palins leave Alaska if they love it there? Sarah is now is free to travel the country and keep her roots in her home state. What better place to maintain an outsider reform status?
To: Josh Painter
Maybe we could get her to declare English as the language of Texas so that all public sector jobs are for English only and English only will be taught in public schools.
It really fires me up to see so many public sector jobs in Texas say, “Must be fluent in English and Spanish”!

A&M is a great school. It turns out a lot of scientists and engineers. Good vets too. It has a great marine biology program.
I live about about two miles from the campus.

Just curious...... Why do you fly the Missouri flag on your home page if you are a Texan and live in Texas?
