says on page 231 under the section "Race and color" the following:
"Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite."
"The category "white" includes, in addition to persons reported as "white," those reported as Mexican or Puerto Rican. With one exception, a reported mixture of Negro with any other race is included in the Negro group; other mixed parentage is classified according to the race of the nonwhite parent and mixtures of nonwhite races to the race of the father. The exception refers to a mixture of Hawaiian and any other race, which is classified as Part-Hawaiian. In most tables a less detailed classification of "white" and "nonwhite" is used."
Obama's "Certification of Live Birth" shows father's race as "African". That word was not used in 1961 to describe race.
You can draw your own conclusion.
What race is African? Is it different than European, Russian, South American, or North American?

That is because we haven’t seen a Birth Certificate. Just a Certification, which may or may not match the actual Birth Certificate. We really don’t even know if Barack Obama is his original name.
I was listening to Hugh Hewitt yesterday and he called all birthers nuts, on the level of 9/11 truthers. He then proceeded to take only callers that agreed with him, and pronounced that this will be the last time he talks about the birth certificate idiocy, period.

I think the COLB is worthless, but “African” isn’t a slam dunk for me, since I can imagine how someone would have called Barack Sr. an African to distinguish him as an African Negro as opposed to an American Negro.

I’ll have to point out a flaw in the conclusions drawn here. Hospital staff do not sit there and note “yep, that’s a white/Negro/American Indian/ Chinese/Japanese/etc...” into the records. That sort of info is provided by the parents of the child themselves, TO the hospital.

Yes, yes. I can read complete crap and use cut and paste too. But that does not change the fact that the United States of America does NOT issue birth certificates.

This proves conclusively that the COLB posted by Obama is A FAKE. There was NO "African" designation. I'm beginning to think that what was hid was that he IS "officially" white!
I would give that a plausable. Black babies come out looking "white" to those who haven't seen a lot of newborns, so I can imagine a light skinned baby born to a white woman in 1961 could be easily considered white (esp if no father were listed).
That will never happen over this issue and even if it did, it would be the worst disaster ever to befall the conservative cause. Obama would then become a political martyr, his policy failures would be forgotten and the mass of the American electorate would be filled with outrage towards a minority that managed to overturn their choice over a disputed issue. It wont happen and conservatives who take the time to stop and think should hope it never happens.

If it's proof of anything, it's proof that Obama and his inner circle of co-conspirators (which includes certain media) have always known that Obama doesn't qualify to be be POTUS, and that they have been working on scrubbing records and planting loose doccuments which insinuate Obama was born in Hawaii. Even that wasn't done right. Like all things leftwing moonbats do, they lack co-ordination and do silly things like plant differing accounts on web sites like wiki pedia which name different hospitals which he is claimed to have been born in, name doctors who weren't even practicing pediatrics at the time, and "dig up" other planted information from supposed witnesses whose accounts also contradict their other planted info.
If anything, these leftwing moonbats are only confirming that not only is Obama unqualified, but there is a large number of corrupt individuals within government and the judicial system that need to be exposed and charged with a criminal conspiracy.
This is something that MUST be pursued to it's end, not only to rid this peoples nation of those responsible for attempting this coup, but to rid corruption in both our government and judicial system overall, regardless of which party these individuals belong to.

What that “cut and pasted crap” says to me is that in 1961, the states that comprise the United States of America, including the state of Hawaii, used those race classifications for birth certificates. Thus, there would be no way that Hawaii, or any other state in the union, would have used “African” as a classification, since that classification did not exist.
Am I missing something here?
Theory: The noise was ratcheted up on this issue BECAUSE the truth will come out very soon and Obama wanted as much confusion as possible.
