Obama conceals his records because he is identity may not be legal? what father is listed on his birth certificate? What name? What does this mean to his presidency? Is this the reason Obama's name is linked to multiple social security numbers including a 119 ear old man in Connecticut?
His identity is more confused than ever. Just think of it. The man that is shaping our country is a man of many faces, which one is real?

You may have heard of this already, but just in case…
Journalist (and attorney) Andy Martin says that Frank Marshal Davis is the real father of Barack Obama and the reason for the coverup of the birth certificate.
I can add that photos show Sen. Obama more physically resembles Franklin Marshall Davis than he does Barack Obama Senior from Kenya.
That would make Obama a US born citizen, but one involved in a marital scandal and whose real name is not on either the birth certificate or his filing papers for being on the presidential ballot in all 57…er…50 states.
If that is true, that could be fought in both state and the federal Supreme Courts, getting Obama’s name removed from ballots in a few key states and some lesser populated ones as well.
This story is like a soap opera on steroids and LSD.
Andy Martin speculates that Obama is going to Hawaii to squelch a deathbead confession by his grandmother, as she knows the truth (which may well be stranger than fiction).
Who here really believed Obama was going to Hawaii this week out of concern for his grandma? Whereas hardcore Obama voters couldn’t care less what the truth is, this could lose Obama a lot of voter support. Mr. Martin’s latest post - and link - appear below.

(HONOLULU, HI)(October 22, 2008) Internet powerhouse Andy Martin told a Honolulu news conference today that after an intense international investigation he is convinced that Barack Obama, Junior, the presidential candidate is really the son of Obama’s controversial mentor Frank Marshall Davis.
Mendacious adults ‘switched’ Obama at birth. That is why he has refused to allow access to the original or ‘vault’ birth certificate, Martin told a Honolulu news conference.
We believe the original certificate did not list a father. Barack Obama became the father as a result of an agreement between Ann Dunham, Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama, Sr.
Davis was already married to a White Woman. He did not need a nonmarital child by a second one.
Ann probably refused to have what was then called a ‘back alley’ abortion. Davis may have felt that ‘Obama’ would face less stigma with an ‘African’ background than a Negro one.
The civil rights revolution, of course, turned that gambit upside down. In discovering and understanding what happened we cannot forget we are dealing with events in 1961, not 2008.
The irony in all of this is that Obama once stated he did not want his daughters to be ‘victimized’ with a child. And he is alive because his mother took the contrary view.
Barack Obama has known this since adulthood, and the shock of this discovery still reverberates in his psyche.
Ironically, what I have to say today dilutes the ‘Muslim’ theory that has propagated. Davis was not a Muslim.
If Obama had told the truth at some point in his life, instead of living endlessly with the lies that were imposed on him by the adults in his life, we would have avoided a great deal of confusion. I, for one, have deep compassion for Mr. Obama. He is not the first person in history to be caught up in this kind of family fraud.
The disclosure by the two women in his life that he was not the ‘son’ of his ‘father’ also explains why he manifests such extreme ambivalence to both his mother and grandmother. He is angry because he was cheated of his real father.
Obama was robbed of his birthright of being the son of civil rights royalty, and of a father with whom he was completely simpatico.
He could have grown up the son of Frank Marshall Davis, civil rights pioneer and activist, cutting-edge journalist, poet and man of letters. Mr. Davis was an extraordinary man in a dark period of this nation’s history, the pre-dawn of the civil rights era.
Obama has probably suspended his campaign and is flying to Honolulu because he is deathly afraid his grandmother may make a ‘dying declaration’ and blow the whistle on his family fraud. Dying people often blurt out the truth.
The true facts of Obama’s parentage also reflect why there has been so much tension and alienation, as well as genuine love, in Obama’s relationship with his grandmother.
There has been a great deal of confusion and misconception about Frank Marshall Davis. A brief history lesson is essential to understanding the bizarre facts of Obama’s provenance.
During the 1920’s and 30’s many Negros (African-Americans) became ‘communists’ because the Soviet Union and the Communist Party USA promised to end racial segregation and Jim Crow laws in the United States.
The Democratic Party, of course, was the powerful force behind segregation and Jim Crow. So it is a twist of fate that the same party that oppressed Blacks has now nominated one for president.
Madelyn Dunham is the last surviving person who knows the truth about the switch. That is why as we closed in on Dunham, Obama went ballistic, cancelled his campaign and came to Hawai’i to head us off.
I actually carry an official, certified pocket-sized birth certificate on me at all times [Andy shows a copy to media]. But this is NOT my ‘birth certificate.’ The original certificate is held in the City Clerk’s vault in Middletown, Connecticut. That is what has come to be known as the ‘vault copy.’
Likewise, the document that Obama has plastered over the Internet is NOT his original birth certificate or even a copy of his original certificate. It is a computer generated facsimile of an official record and nothing more.
The original certificate was either handwritten or typewritten, not computer-generated in 1961. No one has ever seen that original certificate except the people that are working so hard to keep it hidden from the American people.
I am asking Judge Ayabe to impound the value certificate and have the court hold it for safekeeping.
By the time Barack Obama learned who he was, it was too late to change his identity. He was who he was, so he continued the ruse of being the son of an ‘African herder,’ which was yet another lie.
‘Dreams From My Father’ bears no connection to dreams from Barack Obama; there were none. It was Frank Marshall Davis who communicated his dreams to his secret son.
There is a simple way for Obama to resolve this controversy: he can either admit the truth of these facts and order the immediate release of his vault certificate; or he can submit to a DNA test.
We can conduct a Maury Povich-style DNA test to determine filiation between Obama and his brothers, one of whom blogs at BarackObama.com.
In closing, I can only say that we used the fictional ‘Hawai’i Five-O’ as our dramatic template for this investigative operation. We could have as easily used the great, real-life Hawai’i detective Chang Apana as our polestar. He was featured in yesterday’s newspaper.
“As for Mr. Obama, all I can say is ‘Book’em Danno. Case solved. Barack Obama the presidential candidate is the son of Frank Marshall Davis.“ Martin stated.

When I read that scenario, I find it downright depressing.
A phrase from another FReeper (I think) comes to mind..and I’m not trying to steal it, but I can’t recall who said it:

It pushes the date of their dalliance to around the time she would have become pregnant with Obama—or whatever they named that baby.
The point is if Obama filed under an alias, he is illiegal.

The article that you point of is that some outlet published the conjecture of someone. That does not make it fact.
Finally, I take it that you ignored my last statement, that we must beat this guy in the court of public opinion, in the area of ideas, mano a mano. What this “birther” thing does is make us look like the KOS kiddies for the last 8 years, and quite frankly, I’m better than that (and so should you be as well).
I believe you are here to try and get people to ‘look the other way’ regarding what could be devastating revelations about the legality of the man holding office.

The Birther issue is not subtracting from the total attack on Obama and his policies-it is adding to it. And it is working. There is no mechanism ... no legal process....no way to force the guy to do anything about the Birth Certificate... much less force him to figure out if FMD, The Commie Labor Writer and Pornographer, is the bio-pa. Team Obama is working the legal angles on defense, Team Keyes et al are working their legal angles on offense. The offense is starting on their own goal line. The defense is holding all over the country, forcing turnovers on 1st down. Team Obama has two seemingly insurmountable advantages:
(1) they probably know the absolute truth and
(2) they don't have to prove a damn thing. It's the law.

Of interest to me is where he got the money for all his living expenses, travel and schooling. The same was true of Bill Clinton. When he was expelled from Oxford for attempted rape (the unofficial truth) Clinton travelled for months throughout eastern Europe and Russia with no explanation ever offered as to where, why or how.

No, the natural born citizen clause in the Constitution is a requirement not a hole. That requirement is in the highest law of the land.
When a clause like this is so blatantly violated right in front of our eyes, it emboldens those that have done it to boldly violate any and all others at their convenience, and those who have let this happen will find themselves ruled by the lawless who will subsequently appoint czars, take over corporations, violate rights of bondholders, control their health, take their property, etc in continual contravention of that highest law of the land.
Proverbs has this to say: "They that forsake the law, praise the lawless" [Pr 28:4]
To those who call the natural born citizen requirement a loophole, I say:

You are correct, and I did not mean to trivialize the issue. For that I apologize.
However, The "Natural Born Requirement" is an opening for the unscrupulous of this era, whose machinations the Founding Fathers being human, were unable to foresee. The Founders relied upon contemporary ideas of natural law as handed down to us by English law. So, they did not define "Natural Born Citizen," nor indeed did they even feel they had to. Furthermore, and more important to us in the present quandary, they did not specifically designate any any authority over the requirement.
My own particular efforts are directed at making the documentary evidence of eligibility mandatory by state law. It is the electors of the states who can say who is eligible and who is not, and to cast the state's votes in the Electoral College. If a state has a "Proof of Eligibility Law" they can deny a candidate who refuses proof a place on the ballot in that state and thus, the state's electoral votes. Secondarily, any legal disputes could not be ignored by the Federal Courts.
But Obama has no defense against the ultimate weapon—political pressure—once it reaches a certain critical mass.

Paternity fraud doesn’t make ones name invalid, even if you are named “Jr” of a man who is not your biological father.
Around 10% of the population is not born to the person they think is their father. That doesn’t mean that they need new names.
That is why I am working to get states to pass eligibility requirements. Win, lose, or draw, the issue HAS cast a pall on his Presidency. In the future, we have to be sure, because no matter who the President happens to be, if there is the slightest hint of illegitimacy, the entire country is weakened, not just the President.
BTW, While this may be a red hot issue on this site, and others like it, the public at large seems rather unimpressed with it. IMHO.

You bet! In professional communication ... i.e., the advertising business, it takes 10-20 "impressions" before the market even knows that you exist, never mind what you're selling.
This is why the Democrats tend to have such a PR advantage ... not only do they tend to use more professional approachs to commo, but they have the incredible force multiplier of having the MSM reiterate their advertising as news.
By all means, the pressure must be kept on. But the pressure also has to be kept up on the legal front, which is astronomically expensive, frustrating, and nowhere near as much fun!
Eventually 1 state legislature will do its duty. 1 Judge will move plaintiff's case forward, and SCOTUS will be maneuvered into hearing a case. In the meantime, we'll just have to keep screaming war-cries, riding around their circled wagons, shooting flaming arrows. At least they'll be up all night.

A very nice story with plenty of facts of the time spent together between Obama and Davis. Where Davis and others of the same persuasion gave young Obama their views of the world.
You showed photos of the three together, father #1, father #2 and the son. What is evident the physical features don’t match up. It was obvious the mother shared some intimacy with another while living in the Seattle area. Before moving to Hawaii, where mixed race children were not a big deal then. Which is pretty common knowledge. Father #3 is a spitting image. Skin color, physical appearance. If Father #3 is the real donor it would drive certain Americans (not Indians but of the immigrant persuasion) to rebellion.
