"Hey guys! Guess what?"(Another huge clue about Obama's fake birth certificate-true!)
The Obama File.com ^ | July 28, 2009 | No Name Listed

Posted on 07/29/2009 11:51:18 AM PDT by Stayfree

Page 231 contains the requirements for "Race and color."

"Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and "other nonwhite."

Do you see a classification for "African?" I certainly don't.

Now, let's look at the document that Obama has provided for certifying his eligibility for the Office of the President of the United States and that is displayed on Annenberg FatCheck.org.

FATHER'S RACE is "African" -- an incorrect entry for that data field. Just a typo? I don't think so. The Obot who created the bogus Certification of Live Birth just couldn't type the word "Negro." Negro is just not politically correct, don'tcha know.

The problem with that is that Obama’s COLB (certificate of live birth) was issued in 2007 I believe. What is the lingo for 2007?

Well, it happened to Dan Rathther and the supposed Air National Guard typewritten letter with superscript and proportionally spaced font.

But I can easily see the word "African" substituted for "Negro" when the records were digitized. Heck, a simple program can scan the entire database and do a global replace.

Have they decided which hospital Zero was born in yet?

People of every color are from Africa, not just blacks. To use ‘Africa’ as a race is a REALLY bad blunder IMO.

I think many of us saw the “African” in father’s race as a dead giveaway this “COLB” was faked- and not back in the 60’s, but in more recent, more PC, times

It has the same stench as the fake words that tipped off the Dan Rather “military letters” on George Bush as fake

Regardless of what it was “African” is not a race, Caucasian however was, and that is the race given to his Mother.

Before 2007:

the man traveled to Pakistan twice in 80’s, and Kenya, Indonesia, elsewhere too

he was enrolled in numerous US schools, got scholarships for all, he got a SSN, driver’s license, “registered for selective service” (maybe), was admitted to the Illinois Bar, ran and elected as a US Senator

His COLB was not issued in 2007.
If it was- what did he use before then?

A certificaation of live birth does not duplicate information on the certificate of live birth. A certification gives the current legal information. So if Obama changed his name or was legally adopted, the certification would reflect that. The fact that the current certification does not say Negro for his father is not surprising.

Here;s the full text which expands things a bit further:
(Please see my comment at the end)

In 1961, the Public Health Services, U. S Department of Health, Education and Welfare, National Center for Health Statistics, National Vital Statistics Division published the “Vital Statistics of the United States — Volume I — Nativity.”

Here is a .pdf copy of the 246-page document — if you don't have high-speed Internet connection, go get a cup of coffee when you click the link.

Section 5, the Technical Appendix, contains text discussion of factors affecting the collection, classification, and interpretation of the natality statistics published in this volume.

Subsection 5-7 contains the requirements for “Sources of Data,” and contains an image (page 228) of the “Standard Certificate of Live Birth,” issued by the National Vital Statistics Division. The Standard Certificate of Live Birth (page 227), issued by the National Vital Statistics Division, which has served for many years as the principal means of attaining uniformity in the content of the documents used to collect information on this event. It has been modified in each state to the extent necessitated by the particular needs of the State or by special provisions of the State vital statistics law. However, the certificates of most States conform closely in content and arrangement to the standard certificate.

The “Standard Certificate of Live Birth” contains the father's race in block #8 and the mother's race in block #13. Hawaii's “Certificate of Live Birth” contains the the father's race in block #13a and the mother's race in block #12a.

Now, here comes the good stuff. Page 231 contains the requirements for “Race and color.”

“Births in the United States in 1961 are classified for vital statistics into white, Negro, American Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Aleut, Eskimo, Hawaiian and Part-Hawaiian (combined), and “other nonwhite.”

Do you see a classification for “African?” I certainly don't.

Oh, what tangled webs we weave, when first we practice to deceive.

Hilliary'sMoralVoid Comments: We need to write to Hawaiian DOH and ask the questions:

Did you follow the guidelines outlined in “Vital Statistics of the United States — Volume I — Nativity.” for the racial types listed therein?

If not, Was “African” ever an official racial group list on Hawaiian COLBs?

Could a COLB with “African” listed as a parent's race ever be issued from the Hawaiian DOH?

That would violate the very simple concept of "permanent records."

Surely you jest.

I really hope that you're not suggesting that the original records have been destroyed...

As a surveyor/engineer, I have researched countless records in my working life and all copies, including facsimiles have the caveat, "these are not legal records, and are made available for convenience only -- the legal records are the original recorded documents."

Obama’s refusal to release any of his documents that either prove or disprove his eligibility to be President is a double-edged sword. If he were to sue any of us who think he is a commie, marxist, fraud, traitor, America-hater, racist, charlatan, puppet for George Soros, then all of those documents would be discoverable in a court of law. This means that he can be accused by the American people and our websites of every unethical move he makes or has made and he dare not allow himself to come under any court of competent jurisdiction.

I WANT THAT FRAUD OUT OF MY WHITE HOUSE!

Then the certification is improper and illegal, or should be.

That is true. Americans are tragically ignorant about Africa & thus unaware of the large white population in some parts.

Charlize Theron was born in S Africa, for just one example.

The “African” on the COLB is more consistent with BO’s claim to African heritage.

I have a friend who was naturalized in 2002 and she is from Johannesburg, So. Africa. We had a party for her and a very left friend who several papers asked her “How does it feel to be an African-American?”. Besides being plain funny it was more hilarious given the leftward bent of my friend.

I still think it is funny and introduce her as my African-American friend.

OH, she is whiter than me and has pretty hazel eyes.

Read the bottom of Zero's well publicized COLB that was laser printed on a form dated 11/01, which says:

"This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-139(b), 338-19]"

I'm not suggesting that such a global database find-and-replace was done, just that it could have been done, which explains the "African" vs. "Negro" discrepancy. More likely it was keyed in as "African" on all the documents when they were entered into the database.

Yeah, the original long form still exists somewhere, and Zero is spending a lot of money to keep it hidden.

Yeah! What he said, smarter than us.

Please send me secret decoder ring. I have not seen this refuted and I have way to many friends who think they are victim minorities who, over the years, have told me that classification of races was a Reagan thing.

Of course, I have over the years had to keep them straight and point out that those classifications were developed during the 50’s and 60’s Waaaay before Reagan.

You can go to any number of on the cross minority position sites get the same info or just google history of race classification for census, BC, whatever by government “State or Fed”.

Have fun and come back to play.

Sorry if I seem a little aggressive but, I haven't seen you around on these posts and since Publius gave you a drubbing I decided you needed a beat down.

The takeaway here isn’t necessarily that no birth record was filed in 1961, but simply that Hawaii vital statistics doesn’t, hasn’t follow/ed the rules much at all.

They were taking dodgy affidavits of domestic birth — not to mention the foreign births — etc etc.

Hawaii could have put “African” on the birth record in 1961, 1971, or 2007... it doesn’t matter what the rules put out by the CDC said at any those times...

because Hawaii wasn’t following the rules. That’s how Barry got a birth record there in the first place.
