“There’s something about manners that go a long way, and John had impeccable manners. And it wasn’t something that he thought about. And I think the fact that he never — he rarely made assumptions. He went into every situation open,” she said.
He moved into someone else’s office and that someone calls it impeccable manners. Meaning someone bought her off with the job offer. He rarely made assumptions? Then why is he dead from assuming he knew what he was doing?
Media whore clinging to a fading celebrity.
Translation??
Mis-reading.
Read the brief, assumed it was JFK - the idolatry of whom gets my goat.
Your post alerted me to the faux pas.
Caught- redhanded.
Ouch.
But still, I am a big non-fan of the Kennedy mob.
JFK Junior was a big nothing with a big name, just like Caroline, ummm, you know, ummm Kennedy.
(LBJ - his possible assassin)
You were doing so well until you fell off the map.
Jr. was NOT a prince. He was a priveleged son born into a corrupt political family...
The only thing that I can say about JFK Jr. is that he was not mainlining smack like the rest of his cousins. I met a few of the victims of the RFK clan.
Junior’s claim to fame is that he piloted a plane like his uncle drove an Oldsmobile.
They can’t pilot a boat, fly a plane, drive a car but they think they can run the country.
Seinfeld, The Contest
(Elaine, dressed for a work-out, is signing forms while talking with her friend, Joyce)
JOYCE: So, when was the last time you took a class?
ELAINE: Oh, it’s been a while.
JOYCE: (Overly excited) Are you psyched?
ELAINE: (Fake excitement) Yeah. yeah, I’m really.. psyched.
JOYCE: Well, you’re gonna thank me for getting you in here.
ELAINE: Why is that?
JOYCE: (Pointing, she directs Elaine’s attention off-camera) See the guy with the dark hair and the red shorts?
(Elaine looks over, and her jaw drops to the floor. Breathless, she turns back to her friend)
ELAINE: (Between breaths) Oh, my God. (Joyce nods) John F. Kennedy Junior’s here!
JOYCE: He’s gonna be in your class today.
ELAINE: (Still unable to speak right) In my class? John Kennedy’s gonna be in my class?!
JOYCE: I can get you a spot right behind him. He has got a great butt.
ELAINE: Yeah. Butt. Butt. Great butt. John-John’s butt.
(Scene ends)
Meant to say last WEEK.
“to idealistic lawyer and then a loving husband”
I hate to speak ill of the dead, but from nearly all accounts, that marriage was not exactly friendly.
I can’t believe it has been 10 years since his death though. Wonder if things would be different now if he was still here and had gotten into politics (re: Obama)?
Just busting your chops.
you got that right!!! (I’m gagging)....aahhhh
LBJ was surrounded by sleaze and was even cozy with an assassin, Mac Wallace. His own very inconvenient alcoholic sex-crazed sister mysteriously died instead of embarassing him...
Look into LBJ and Mac Wallace.

GUILTY as charged.

True, there is little doubt that the couple, if still alive, would’ve been long since divorced.
Why that girl and her sister agreed to fly on that plane in bad weather with a novice pilot like JFK, Jr. is beyond comprehension.
How many parents have been in mourning due to their daughters’ deaths at the hands of Kennedy men? The Kopechnes and John-John’s wife and sister come to mind — are there others?
There is one statement Terenzio makes: "...I think that John was someone who thought when you and if you do this, you need to do it very carefully, and you need to be really prepared." that his ill-fated piloting of a plane he was not well-prepared to fly seems to contradict.
