My President ? Where did that come from ? Whats all this agression about ?

I want him gone as much as you do. I’m just saying that you are going about it the wrong way, you and yours are being counterproductive.

Constitutional law IS “word games”. Check out the reams of opinions concerning the placement of commas in the Second Amendment. Same and in spades with precedents, which in this case are truly slim to none. Other people will rack up a formidable list of counter-precedents with just as vague a significance as yours have. Those are the people you are up against. Its their game.

Take your mind off your certainty of truth and virtue and consider what the other side will argue. Put yourself in their shoes, in their minds. Look at it that way, and you will get a better chance at prevailing, even if its just in on-line argument.

We can speculate about this all day, but I doubt very much that your Hu Jintao scenario is at all likely.

Doubtless it is a weakness of some sort; I just don’t think it is as significant as all that, and in the context of the funds Obama has available $1M is pocket change.

Perhaps, but it serves to illustrate the potential stakes and risks.

Occam's Razor suggests that the simplest explanation is the most likely. IMHO the simplest explanation is that BO is hiding something big and something reflecting badly upon him in some way. The money cost may be relatively small to him now, but he did not have big money until late in his campaign, and he has been hiding the birth certificate details virtually all of his public life. If so we have a president who is susceptible to blackmail.

"Those are the people you are up against. Its their game."

Their "game" is up.

There aren't enough "calibrated" penumbras on earth to keep Obama's pitiful house of cards and those who helped build it from being blown away from the shear anger of the American people if he is proven to be a fraud. This man and those who have enabled him had better understand that silly little word games won't cut it like Clinton attempted with the what the definition of "is" is.

The clock is ticking. The pendulum is in motion, back towards common sense and reality and away from this twilight zone of liberalism. Let them misread this. It will be their loss.

Well, there is Obamas house of cards, which if we are lucky may well be on its way down (no thanks to you), and the other “house of cards” that does have the penumbras and etc.

That one is still very firmly up. That “house” is the long tradition of US Constitutional law, where “word games” and suchlike are indeed the point. Thats been around for hundreds of years before Obama and will hopefully long survive his passing.

What I think you REALLY need is to read of a primer of Constitutional law. Then you can perhaps do something other than thrash about and make passionate declarations about things you do not understand.

I have this and its quite readable as these things go. It also seem quite well thought of -

http://www.amazon.com/Substance-Quick-Review-Constitutional-11th/dp/031416684X/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1249010499&sr=1-3

There are lots of other primers, have a look.
