I’ve said for a long time now that the fixation on Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a distraction.
I think Barack Obama is a natural born American citizen because his mother was indisputably an American citizen. I think he meets the residency requirements. And I think that Justice Scalia himself would not throw the President out of office now that he has been sworn in.
The issue is moot.
Fixating on it now is wasting time, precious time, when there are other issues on which those with time on their hands can fixate.
Barack Obama not releasing his birth certificate fits a pattern of non-disclosure from the man.
Most notoriously, Barack Obama allowed is campaign to accept foreign donations, a matter that got passing mention from the Washington Post and not much else.

Conservatives (on FreeRepublic, anyway) were asking these questions before the election. The MSM wouldn’t touch the Berg/Corsi work with a 10 foot pole. It wasn’t until Lou Dobbs talked about it on his show recently did this issue get some mainstream coverage and start to gain some traction.
Pity you don’t have time for both. Most of us do; and then some.
I think it has to do with McCain and his bc.
I remember very well how the watergate story started as a trickle, people kept digging and digging and soon it was the dominating event. I see nothing wrong with continued questioning of muslim BOY hussein’s status.

The “fix” was in from the beginning. Actually long before to have had such
power over so many. The dreamers, the victims, the disappointed, on and on.

Where were you? Conservatives were discussing this at the same time the dems brought this subject up about McCain. It is the media that let everyone down. They were all over McCain’s status like a bad rash but not a peep about Obama who has one parent who is not a US Citizen, went to school here but was never a US citizen. If we who served in the armed forces had to show our birth certificates so should hte man in the most powerful position who has the power to order us to combat. We have a right to know we are being given lawful orders. In my case, I was orphaned and then later adopted. I had to submit all my adoption papers etc to the recruiters and as a matter of fact the FBI did a background check before I was allowed to attend the officers candidate program..if I had to go through that so should the CIC.
I’m not letting up on this issue. Or on all the other corrupt communist and Anti-American things Obama is doing. This guy is going to continue to get hammered until he ponies up the goods. As of now he’s simply a foreign invader attempting to bring the country to it’s knees.
Can you imagine what would happen in say 10 years from now we find out he was never legitimate.
No bill he signed would be valid. Talk about a crisis, we best settle this now

Exactly. The pressure needs to be kept on ALL FRONTS! And gawd knows Zero is using the chaos to his advantage right now. We need to ‘multitask’ and not be like a ‘heard of cats’ (waiting until the next, ‘distractive’, shiny object comes along to play with) like Zero expects the public to be.
I send several letters and make just as many phone calls to my elected officials every week about everything from healthcare to gas prices. The last thing I need is some weak kneed republicans telling me I should do one less thing because it distracts me from doing only what they want.
I want the transparency we were promised and I’ll keep asking for it.

Birthers are smart. They can multitask. I prefer the term “Barry’s Biography Brigade” = required since neither the Drive-By Media nor the DNC vetted this poseur.

I assure you. Nobody will ever “prove” that Obama is not a natural born citizen. Further, nothing will happen if evidence is produced to that effect. Nothing.
I’m quite confident of that. Even if it is true, and you’re right - you won’t be able to prove it.
That and ALL Justices appointed to the USSC would have to be “disappointed”... and considering the position is a lifelong one, the only way to terminate their ‘reign’ would be to kill them. ;)
{Actually, if they are guilty of a felony they are to be removed from the USSC... and I think that ‘fraud’ actually IS a felony.}
Bottom line, it’ll never happen.
