Say what you like about Barack Obama, but the man has some brilliant ideas. To help fund his $1 trillion overhaul of the US healthcare system, for example, he wants to tax vanity. Obama's allies have proposed a 10 per cent levy on every plastic surgery procedure (if not medically necessary)

He doesn’t have brilliant ideas. He has old, recycled, failed ideas from 20th century socialists and marxists. His ideas haven’t worked any time they have been tried, except to destroy economies and people’s liberty. This writer is an idiot.
If he wants to tax vanity, then 100% of his and Michelle’s income goes to the Treasury.

If he taxed plastic surgery the Congress would have to make themselves exempt, or people like Nancy Pelosi and Babs Boxer would go broke.
