Lucas Smith and Sean Boyer have stated that Smith obtained this document from the Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya showing that Barack Hussein Obama II was born there and not in Hawaii, as he has claimed

(Mar. 25, 2011) — Theresa Cao has a new spokesman and a new ally, and they are not the same person.

Cao has told The Post & Email that Mr. Sean Boyer will be acting as her spokesperson effective today. Boyer has recently arranged for Ms. Cao to appear on several recent internet radio programs.

Cao now has reported that she will be including the Kenyan birth certificate document, a copy of which was sent to all members of the 111th Congress last year, as an addendum to the Exhibits in her Motion to Dismiss relating to her case which arose from the January 6, 2011 reading of the U.S. Constitution by the House of Representatives.

When The Post & Email asked Cao why she shouted out “Except Obama! Except Obama!” during the reading that day, she said, “Everyone in Congress already knew and they said nothing,” referring to the letter mailed by Lucas Smith to each congressman along with a copy of the alleged Kenyan birth certificate.

Cao mentioned that Mr. Boyer has contacted Donald Trump, who recently called for Obama to release his birth certificate. Trump has stated that Obama’s “family members” cannot agree on the hospital in which Obama was born and that Obama has failed to live up to his promise of being transparent.

Today, The Post & Email has learned that every member of the 112th Congress has also received the letter and copy of the alleged birth certificate sent last September. Of that development, Cao said, “Congress was forewarned before the reading of the Constitution, so they were making a big show [on January 6].”"

Still on the fence on this one. After the desperate call from Smith's so-called spokesperson that is not a lawyer & Kerchner outing & Apuzzo confirming that he just heard form Smith, something in my gut tells me that there is an odd odor about this and it is not a pretty odor. Like Obama, why won't Smith just show the flight stubs that prove he was in Kenya?

Indeed. Or, any other receipts that would prove his trip as he suggests.

Interesting, though, that he's been willing to testify under oath and penalty of perjury in a court of law...and before congress. That is about as serious as it gets as far as putting oneself on the line as far as potential perjury goes.

Yet another conundrum.

There is absolutely no reason for him not releasing one photo of a flight stub or Kenyan receipt. His silence is deafening. How can they expect us to support them if they are not willing to provide evidence. They want us to follow blindly like the drones who elected Obama. Sorry, I wasn't born yesterday.

As far as that penalty for forgery thing. The only way they can stick that on Smith is if they can prove Smith, himself, actually made the document. As far as I am aware, it is not illegal to purchase any document, falsified or not. It's not like Smith bought it to use it for identity fraud and that is the only case in which they could charge him. On the perjury note, it only becomes perjury if a case makes it to full discovery & is heard on its merits. So far, that has not happened.

Saying he went to Kenya, saying he purchased this document from someone in Kenya, etc.

Lying under oath though, in court, or before congress...is a pretty big deal though.

Hopefully, someday real soon, we'll find out whether or not he is lying.

So far he hasn’t, so he has not broken the law. Now here’s another one...why does a person who supposedly on their own without any legal representaion with them, go to Kenya and buy a copy of a Hospital generated birth certificate (not that same as a state issued long form), came back to the US and then claim he can not post documented receipt proof of his travels without legal representation?

Oh, I hadn't heard that he couldn't produce documentation that he traveled there. Only that at this point he hasn't. If that's true, yeah...major red flag there.

Why would one need a lawyer unless they lied about what they said they could produce? I hope I am wrong, but common sense is telling me otherwise. Smith is being as elusive about his records as Obama is about his.

He knows the odds. How many birther cases have made it into court? No one supposedly has standing and even Thomas admits to evading it. It's not likely Smith will ever have to honor that statement.

26 In this First Amended Complaint Taitz provides additional information, specifically Exhibit 1 Selective Service Application for Barack Obama, showing that he uses SSN 042-68-4425 and Exhibit 2 SSNVS Social Security number Verification System, which shows that this is not a legally obtained Social Security number for Barack Obama. This is a prima facia evidence of Social Security fraud and Identity Fraud obtained from the official records of the United States Government, which coupled with the age of 121years old of the original applicant (date of birth 1890) justify release of at least redacted SS-5 information requested, such as gender, race and age of the SS5 applicant for SSN 042-68-4425 and the zip code, where the original SSN card was mailed by the social Security administration. concealment of such data will constitute aiding and abetting Social Security Fraud and Identity Theft.

27. Further records from the Student Clearing House show even more shocking evidence. In his memoirs and multiple speeches Obama wrote that he studied for two years at Columbia University September 1981-May 1983. He admitted that in summer of 1981 he traveled to Pakistan to visit his friends, but repeatedly claimed that from September 1981 until May of 1983 he resided in New York and studied at Columbia University. Taitz ran a check of his years of attendance at Columbia university and found out that Columbia official records show him attending Columbia university only for nine months September 1982-till May 1983 (Exhibit 3), which means that the President of the United States lied to the whole nation about his whereabouts for a whole year September 1981 until September 1982. One year absence is the best case scenario, as he could get his university credit by reciprocity or through extern studies.

28. As there is no record of Obama residing anywhere else in the United States from September 1981-September 1982, or attending any other university, by way of simple deduction it becomes clear that his visit to Pakistan lasted not a month or two, as he claims, but over a year.

A simple matter really, his passport would have been visa stamped with the time and date of his entry into Kenya, by Kenyan authorities. A simple photo copy of the Kenyan visa stamp on his passport would do for starters.
