We don’t know for a fact. that the HI was registered by a family member.
Think outside the box
This is a possibility:
She gave birth in Kenya in Mombassa Coastal Hospital as the GLOBE even once reported.
The hospital in Mombasa, because SADO was an American citizen, reports the birth to the US Embassy. Maybe even called. Also remember Wires were used instead of fax back then.
The embassy would then wire HI that a birth had taken place and forward the information. I don’t believe there is a space for race on the Kenya BC that Orley posted, so the clerk working in the office of either the hospital or the embassy, when asked for race replied “African”.
for his father’s race because in the Dutch term in infers anyone born in Africa.
Mombassa in the research we did on Kenya was first Portegese, then Dutch, then English.... Portugese mostly just traded, but the Dutch Spice traders had a huge impact on the formation of a government,
They may have had an influence on the use of AFRIKAN for black and Afrikander for a white native of Africa, that seems used the int Afrikaneer language used in South Africa. Terms have a way of continuing long past their original use.
The hospital may have even explained to SADO that it would be “registered” in HI through the embassy.
IMO Sado was fleeing form Sr, and in fact was in hiding in WA. I see no reason for a woman within 72 hours of giving birth taking flight to AM unless she was in fear. Fear for her life, for her baby or that her baby would be taken from her. 72 hours before birth, the baby is in the birth canal. Sitting, traveling is difficult. Dr. tell you not to travel for a reason...It triggers labor.
She didn’t go back to Hawii. Her parents knew where she was, but he didn’t....She didn’t return until he was gone. Nor did she file for divorce which would have tip him off to her location, until she returned to HI....Even them she may have purposely sent the announcement for divorce to an address that she knew he would not be at.
Race does not equate to nationality. If they wanted one or both they could have made provision for it on the form but African is not a race and should not have appeared in that block on the form. If individual who was involved in filing out the application used the term African to signify his race, the clerk may have just transfered the information from the application to the COLB.
The problem with the scenario of the Embassy registering the birth with Hawaiian officials is that, if the newspapers got the info for the announcement from the registration, it would not have the suspicious Obama address in Honolulu. No way would a U.S. Embassy have had that info.
Or information from an Embassy instead of from a local hospital.
Is the term ‘registered’ associated with the alleged Hawaiian/Obama certificate or is it ‘filed’? I thought it was ‘filed’.
They may have had that address if SADO gave them that address in order for them to send BC to said address....She and Sr didn’t have an address if they had been in Kenya since their marriage. ANd she may not have had contact with her parents for a while to want them to have the information.
She could then just go into the office and get a duplicate or request one from Kenya.
Remember she was a practiced liar.....Returned mail at the post office may have an envelop addressed to her....Wonder how long they keep them before they are destroyed?
register or filed...Whichever it’s the opposite of normal...from the local hospitol.
Absolutely, it could have been from Mombassa hospital or another official source. But my point is that the term ‘registered’ would referred to an action taken by the registrar based on an official source record of live birth being forwarded to the Vital Statistics Office from an outside source rather that a ‘filing’ by an applicant who filled out a form in the Office.
The mystery I’m trying to solve is the use of AFRICAN....Where did it come from and why....Was it an Embassy thing? Those of you born outside the country, when one parent is an AM citizen and the other is not. What does yours show?
Yes, race doesn’t equal nationality, I’ve got that and you state the obvious. But there isn’t a block for nationality, at least as far as I’ve seen from the long forms. Perhaps Hawaii’s standard operating procedures were to combine the two. Enter RACE into the block if you’re a citizen, enter nationality if you’re not.
Does anybody have access to 60’s versions of operating procedures for Hawaii’s Health Department?
What are those old LP records? Who’s on the front?
Did Sr. sign the divorce papers? How did he sign it?
Eventually they reconciled, but they eventually did divorce in 1970. During the period when they were separated, Davis expressed an interest in purchasing the newspaper where he was writing his column.
Coincidental that the divorced the same year Obama Jr. returned to HI?
Possible that the Davises used sex games (threesomes, seduction, nude photography, etc.) to enhance their failing relationship in 1960?
I completely understand your point, but this COLB was typed out supposedly in 2007. So put yourself in a clerks position, assuming that the COLB is real, it is not. The clerk looks at the race of the father on the original and it says maybe something like “Negro”. She decides to use the modern day term of African.
The birth announcements appear to be non existent as well.
This is a summation of known facts and the conclusion can only be what he has stated.
The link to the state’s US statistic posted on this thread a couple of days ago showed only two categories....White and non-white.
Don’t know if the state statistic’s for 61 was more complete or not.
On one of the threds in the last week or so - someone investigated and posted a list of words used in the “race” box in HI in the early 60s. “Negro” was on the list, “African” was not.
I wish I knew who posted it.
NO. That is not true. The COLB is only a print-out of abbreviated facts on the long form. The clerk who printed this out in 2007 had ZERO decision making about what was on it. You are so wrong here.
That makes no sense to me. There is an English way to spell Barak? He didn’t change Hussein. That newspaper clipping was 1962. After the fraud. Is there anything other than things found on the web and probably planted there for our enjoyment, that has his name on it?
If it’s on the internet, after well over a year, you can bet that they want us to find it. It’s all of the scrubbed links they didn’t want us to find that were relevant.
