Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

We are taking care of last minute things here in Cape Breton NS to prep for the arrival of Hurricane Bill tonight. Even though the wind speed is down, we still will probably get 100 mph gusts tomorrow morning and mucho rain.
We will almost surely lose the power but if it’s out for more than 24 hours, we’ll fire up the generator and turn on the computers.
If you can believe it, the brand new door handle on the backdoor fell apart today and won’t go back together so we’re rigging a closure device for it since stores are all closed up.
I’ll let you guys know what happens - it’s my 3rd hurricane; second one here in NS, with the first being in Florida. This might be the most interesting one of the three.....will check in later. Around midnight, we’ll probably lose internet for a 12 hours or more, though. Gotta go for now.

I have studied the birth certificate of one David Jeffrey Bomford of Australia. Born 1959. Then the apparent use of it as a template for the one that interested Dr Orly Taitz. That being the one that started this thread.
I would say that what this man Smith has posted is in fact partly copied from that format. The format being a birth certificate issued in Australia.
I have often wondered about the mentality of certain persons, it would take someone vastly more experienced than I, to get the the root and purpose of such people.

On the other hand, why would he be so dumb as to post this certificate when he knows the whole world will take it apart? Is it his one moment of fame? This doc seems easy to verify with the certifier’s name, telephone number, e-mail, etc., being part of the stamp on the document. I would assume that Jerome Corsi is checking it out right now. WND has contacts in Kenya. My guess is that Joe Farah will have something within a day or two.
Could it be that “Mr Smith”’s first announcement came after the missionary/teachers of a school were able to obtain the copy through family members. He stated earlier he would be showing it in Aug...(planned trip in advance) And we'll be hearing more from him. Let's wait and see. Next question is how is going to get the document(himself) out of Kenya in one piece? Unless he was waiting to release it until he was safely back in the states.
OTOH if he's CIA he may be the bait to see if BO reacts....Timing is suspicious...just as BO went on vacation into a none secure facility....Wonder if it's been wired recently.

So your suggesting he never showed the document before because he didn’t have it in his possession and is now back in the states. So he was trying to sell it on ebay in part to get funds to go get it....I have to say it looks like he might be holding the one. Hmmm the CIA thing is interesting although based on my summation above he would have been afforded travel. It sure is fun, we will get this over 10,000 post pretty soon I am sure.

He seems to indicate he paid to get the document. As for CIA I don't think they would use a guy like this for anything. The provenance or origin of the document is critical to offering it as evidence. He needs to lay out where it came from and when and offer it up for examination. As for being rewarded with money for his efforts, that can be taken care of in an escrow if the document can be proven valid. Investigators of any evidence or testimony must consider the source, background and reliability of those proffering the evidence. Look at the Dan Rather NG documents, where they supposedly came from left plausible deniability of criminal action. Smith is pretty low in credibility IMO and if he has a valid document, he will have pulled off a caper of historic proportions, The fame alone should prompt him to make haste in proving up the document. He can be the one person to solve the mystery. Will or can he do it or is this just a fairy tale? Time will tell.
It does not look like what WND has on their site, a supposed 1964 Kenyan BC.
There’s a simple answer for the forms looking different.
In 48 years the forms may have changed into what has been presented by Smith.
The form the Orly has is different than the one the one that Smith has. Why? Because one is a Certified request for a Certificate of Live Birth and the other is an actual copy of the official Birth Certificates information only in a newer form.
It’d be nice if this is real...however, the first name should be spelled Barak and it should list him not as II but as III?
Not sure you are correct here. Maybe someone knows the correct way to number children. I read somewhere that the correct way is
Barack
Barack Jr
Barack II
So the 3rd in line is II.
Hopefully someone knows on this. I am not stating I am correct here. But worth looking into.
But then again it would be easy for almost anyone to make this kind of mistake. I remember reading on this a long time ago from someone posted that he should not be II but should be Jr. So I do not know how this works.
