Attorney Taitz filed a NOTICE OF MOTION AND MOTION to Expedite authentication, MOTION for Issuance of Letters Rogatory for authenticity of Kenyan birth certificate filed by Plaintiff Alan Keyes PhD.

IIRC the orginal use of footprints was to make sure the babies were not switch.
Good point, but it only re-enforces the value of this method of positive identification. It certainly is better than putting a bracelet on the child that can be switched. The footprint continues to serve as a positve means of establishing that the baby in the delivery room belongs to the mother who just delivered that child.

Arizona Republican Rep. Trent Franks held a Town Hall meeting yesterday in Kingman. The local paper described it as a "big, boisterous crowd." Most of the questions focused on Obama's health care legislation, with nearly unanimous opposition expressed by the attendees. In fact, many were critical of the Congressman for not being vocal enough in Washington on the matter.
Buried in the 16th paragraph of a 25 paragraph article, the Mojave Daily News breaks some major news: Rep. Franks may be the first US Congressman to file a lawsuit challenging Obama's eligibility as President, based on his non-issuance of a legitimate birth certificate.

Didn't Dondero have one of the first lawsuits (dismessed) on this subject?The other main issue dealt with numerous speakers questioning Obama's birth certificate and why there wasn't an investigation into whether he is a naturalized citizen. One woman said a newspaper announcement of his birth in Hawaii was not sufficient. Another asked how he could have a passport without a birth certificate.
Franks said there was not enough evidence that Obama is not an American citizen. He did say there was a lot of conflicting evidence of Obama's citizenship and that he was considering filing a lawsuit, the only congressman to do so. Franks asked why the president did not simply produce a birth certificate.
Rep. Franks represents staunchly conservative northwest Arizona, including Kingman, Lake Havasu, and Bullhead City.
Rep. Franks is a longtime Advisory Board member of the Republican Liberty Caucus. Though, Franks, a stalwart pro-lifer and former state director of the American Family Association, is generally considered to be more of a social conservative.

I didnt say it ws dumb...footprints belong only to that one person..They could help in identfying an infant...
But they were meant to be a keepsake...not a legal document...
If I could not use it to get my child into kindergarten, why would it be accepted for POTUS ???
Anyway the foot print of a 48? year old man is different than a brand new baby...
I’m sure there are ways to link those...
BTW have you ever tried to join a historical society ??? To prove you are connected to your ancestors ???

Footprints
Friction ridge skin present on the soles of the feet and toes (plantar surfaces) is as unique as ridge detail on the fingers and palms (palmar surfaces). When recovered at crime scenes or on items of evidence, sole and toe impressions are used in the same manner as finger and palm prints to effect identifications. Footprint (toe and sole friction ridge skin) evidence has been admitted in U.S. courts since 1934 (People v. Les, 267 Michigan 648, 255 NW 407).

I agree. I hope people encourage Franks to proceed. Unfortunately, most Congressmen lose their courage when actually facing the decision to proceed against their peers. He’ll get a tremendous amount of pressure from both Parties to drop this idea once he returns to DC.
Note the the footprints on the doctor’s blurb advertising his association with the Kenyan vaccination effort look remarkablly (identical) like the single footprint on the so-called Obama BC offered by Lucas Smith.
It has been my observation that baby foot prints did not use that much ink where you could not identify all the little lines and crevices. At least they didn’t on my own and on my children. The nurse generally wiped the baby’s foot so it wasn’t so inky before making the impression.

I did notice the similarity between prints but pretty hard to be conclusive. And who knows maybe the good doctor used BO prints when he made his sign..LOL. But the other thing you need to realize is this Smith BC is a “copy” and the copier would just blend all those little lines into black ink blobs...

Suppose we could get a SS agent to place a blotter down for BO to walk across as he gets out of the swimming pool at the “farm”....Notice the X or cross on BO’s foot print....IIRC that is very rare.
Did she have anything posted that that she cannot create? Is her account saved somewhere? Keep us posted.
