I would imagine so, yes. They could show a “particularized” injury, in theory.
thanks for the ping, FRiend!
Without having natural cojonos she certainly has the guts and determination that other U.S. “attorneys” are lacking regardless of our “AFTER-BIRTHERS” freeper “friends” self proclaimed arm-chair keyboard attorney experts’ ridicules!!!
Indeed. She may be one of the most experienced attorney’s out there...but she is the only one willing to pursue a QW challenge (at the moment) and one of a very few attorney’s willing to pursue this crisis.
experienced should be inexperienced. clearly.
"BREAKING NEWS!! Proof that Bill OReilly is Barack Obamas father!"
It's no wonder BOR has stated Barry is legit!
Please someone send this to the schmuck. OMG, ROFLMAO
Hehee. I saw that the other day. ;-)

Actually your version is at least as plausible as the stories B.O. has asked us to believe. Thanks for the laugh.
ROFLMAO! When O’Reilly said he ordered obama’s BC and received one, he really did, huh?
I’ve misplaced which long thread this belongs on but here it is.
I’ve read several articles about the Kenyan BC records being taken and then brought back with missing or rearranged pages but never saw the source. Has this affidavit from Bishop Ron McRae been scanned, copied, photographed, and saved anywhere?
