I think BHO himself has said that his father in effect caused him to have Kenyan citizenship if he wanted it but he had to claim it at 21yrs old, something like that. Of course he never said he was born there, that was said by his Kenyan granny who claims to have been present at the birth.

No, I don’t think they would purpose leave anything out there.

But birth certificates can be found it all kinds of surprising places, like divorce files that lawyers archive, or that relatives find in belongings after someone’s daddy dies - I think you get my point.

The signature on the document appears to be less aged than the document. Look at the folds and you can see that the other type is somewhat faded because of the folding. Whereas, the signature does not and looks fairly fresh.

I wish otherwise .......... but the document my prove to be a fake. :O(

If he was born in Kenya then he is not a U.S. citizen because his mother was under 18 years old. Age of the mother is clearly stated in the law.

If he was born in Kenya due to the age of his mother at the time, she wasn’t old enough by law to make him a natural born citizen if born in another country, then he is not a natural born citizen of the United States.
