As you may have heard, there is among certain people a controversy as whether Barack Obama was really born in the United States.

It’s like water wearing down stone - the kind of approach lefties used to convince 60% of Democrats that Bush might have known about 9/11 attacks ahead of time. The difference here is that Ogabe has actually not released his original birth certificate in the way McCain has (with the handwritten notations and original stamps).

Didn’t “they” just recently change which hospital Osama was supposedly born at in Hawaii after Osama himself said a different one?
The comment. After reading the article and I quote “Paper color is correct, as is age of coloration, wear on the ribbon ink of the font. This document matches exactly what it should look like having been generated in 1964 and held in files for this long for ‘safekeeping.” There are many organizations in the world that can create a forgery to match any official or unofficial form. Why an organization would do this is beyond me but it is possible.
The question. Not being a constitutionalist, what would happen if Obama was proven NOT to be a citizen of the United States? In my humble opinion, nothing. The Liberal Left would fight tooth and nail to say it is no big deal and since he is already in office, just let him finish out his term with no chance to run for reelection. Others, like the government run media, ABC, CNN, NBC, etc.... would run rough shot on any person, organization or political party trying to oust Obama out of the Oval Office. I also think some the Rhinos in office would bend over backwards kissing someone's butt in order to be kept in the ‘favorable’ eye of the Democrats and also their constituents. Mostly, the Black Americans, the most radical of them, like Jessie Jackson, would cry foul and say the White man is trying to hold down and hold back the Black Americans, all of which would be nonsense. There are people out there with the strong will not to see a Black person or any other minority reach the heights, politically, that Obama has, but there are a tiny percentage of the population. But looking at people like Jackson again, this would further accelerate his advances to claim the United States is still “too” racially unbalanced and he can continue to force his racist ways upon the American public.
In closing, I do not understand why Obama just does not prove his citizenship and end all this bickering by just producing the original document. Does Obama have something to hide?? Maybe. Or is it just a way to deflect attention away from something more important in his agenda?? We may never know, but it would be nice to just get through it by them proving the Right wrong.

Seems really simple and straightforward, doesn't it? I really didn't pay much attention to the flap until it became clear Zero was stonewalling the issue and the media began to cover for him. Then my suspicions were aroused: where there's smoke there's fire.
The longer this goes on with the media calling people like me crazy, the more determined I become to hang in. I'm really a lot more interested in seeing his college transcripts and whether he was admitted as a foreign student. But like people taking the 5th Amendment in trials, his silence is increasingly a tacit admission of some kind of guilt.

It would have to come up in court and would undoubtedly reach the supreme court where they would decide officially what “natural born” in the constitution refers to.
If SCOTUS holds to it’s traditional definition, they would find him ineligible, and all current actions taken as president nullified, considering his actions as president were illegal and illegitimate.
Congress is not in a position to impeach him, because legally he is not president... not to mention the fact that Congress is complicit in the fraud by failing to verify his eligibility.
SCOTUS in a nutshell (in my opinion) would be the legal means of removing him from office just like Honduras removed Zelaya.
The Supreme Court would have to abide by this Constitutional finding if the facts show what you envision.
What has been missing so far is the courageous Federal Judge to get the ball rolling.
Remember, too, that Pelosi, Reed an other top tanking Democrats and State Attorneys General would start feeling the heat ans may have to face lawsuits.
The military could NOT legally follow Obama orders and there would be a ton of soldiers and officers who would refuse for whatever reasons suits them.
All his appointees, though approved by Congress would lose their powers to act.
There would no way for him or his White House staff to administer the country. All laws he signed COULD and probably would be declared invalid and by then the Membes of Conress an dSenate would have been voted out of office for their fraud. Perhaps even face criminal charges.
Worst case scenario he would try to stay in office by force like the Mullahs. The difference is that even with his intended Million man civilian security force, he would be facing an angry WELL armed American populace. NOt unarmed students the mullahs shoot and kill and arrest without resistance being possible.
The tide seems to be turning against him
Never underestimate the incompetence of affirmative action hires.
Lastly, while we might not get him out of office on his first time, it would be one big damn court case and fight when he tries to register for another run at the White House in 3.5 years....I say true or not, keep pounding and pound hard!
Maybe that's why he's fighting for Zelaya to stay in power. LOL.

When the media gets hysterical, flapping wings and screeching for everyone to shut up, I know there is a fox near the chicken coop threatening their anti-human, anti-freedom agenda.
That makes we want to look at that fox and have a chat with him to see why he is such a threat!
