Dead horse, but the coco solo facility mccain is said to have been born at was built several years after the fact. Much more likely he was born at amador g. hospital in colon, panama, 1 mile away. The canal zone form on his birth that is on the net says Colon, too.

It is “possible” that he once had a venereal disease....and doesn’t want that out...or some other embarassing, but not disqualifying, information.
It does not matter, in the case of John McCain.
BOTH of McCain’s parents were citizens.
BOTH of McCain’s parents were old enough to pass citizenship, automatically, to John McCain, at birth, no matter where John McCain was born.
I strongly suspect the founders would object to the natural born clause permitting a child born to US citizens in England in 1800, living there until say 25, coming back 14 yrs to the US, being allowed to run for president.
This is not mccain’s case (he left the canal zone in less than a year I think), but being born in the foreign country might be enough to trigger it, since there is no more clarification of the issue constitutionally. In other words, he might be the exception that gets caught by the rule.
IIRC the congressional law on canal-zone/panama births was retroactive as well for mccain.
At this point it is interesting as theory, though. There are no more viable canal zone birth politicians I am aware of.

No, not necessarily so–IMO, I think hussein is in a position to produce any document he chooses and that it would be far from conclusively challenged!

I really wish that this was the ONLY problem that we had with this demagogue. Barack Hussein Obama is acting like a dupe for the Russians. He is continuing and heightening Lenin “New Economic Plan” which Gorbachev reinstituted with “peristroika.” We have been lied to by the press and falsely been convinced that Communism is dead. Putin has resurected it. True, it looks more like National Socialism; but then so do Obama’s Nation. The larger story here can be found in the current issue of The New American. The Checka lives. As far as Hussein goes, with double-digit unemployment, interest rates & inflation by 2012; he'll be just another Jimmy Carter...”one & done”...that is “if” he lasts that long which remains to be seen. I still think he's phony as a three-dollar-bill...why else would he spend hundreds of thousands of dollars fighting numerous lawsuits in numerous states when a simple $12.50 Birth Certificate would suffice. I am confident that you are right about Obama. But the danger lies in the GOP also. We have not given away all our manufacturing and gotten into this mess overnight. The cold war has NOT ended. And the sooner we realize that the better. We long ago left the constitution behind and we need to go back to it. Whether the Dems or the GOP is in power we are in trouble. It’s just more obvious right now. Google Litvenenko and read his 1999 interview and then tell me you’re not bothered.

Anything Congress does, AFTER the birth, is, by DEFINITION:
NOT NATURAL!
If you were a citizen at birth, and NEVER renounced your citizenship, you are a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN! Also, in the case of McCain, his PARENTS were old enough to pass on Citizenship, at BIRTH, even if McCain had been born on the moon, it does not matter where McCain was born, he qualifies due to the age and citizenship of his parents.
Well, we know Obama is with his refusal to release his Hawaii documents. As for this official Kenyan-certified document, it seems unlikely to be a soap company in Kenya.
E.g., E.F. Lavender was a clerk with Great Greta Coal Company Limited before he was a registrar for the Republic of Kenya.
