North of Tiburon Island and near Kino Bay. Immediate area has low population but homes of questionable construction.
It sure is located right where you would expect a big quake. Prayers.

Quite a bit north of Cabo and right on the mid-gulf plate margin fault, Baja is coming North. I don't know the likelihood of a tsunami but it is probably all on a slip fault but could have triggered an adjacent thrust or reverse fault. Also not that big for a big wave formation.
I have never been to Santa Isabell but Hermosillo is relatively close with poorly constructed barrios.
