LAS VEGAS (AP) - A trio of Nevada Supreme Court justices is considering whether to let O.J. Simpson and a former golfing buddy out of prison while the full court reviews their convictions for a gunpoint hotel room heist.

First of all...he's been convicted of felonies that,under Nevada law,allowed for a sentence of 33 years,which is what he got.
Second,he's already proven that he's a flight risk (passport,lots of cash,fake beard).

OJ had a tough enough job trying to prove someone else beheaded, in cold blood, his wife and butchered her friend, I don’t think they should give him anything more he can’t handle.

Simpson lawyer Yale Galanter has said Simpson won't flee if he's released, poses no danger to the community and will comply with any conditions the high court sets. Oh, that's rich.
