Sorry I missed this one. This sorry is just nearly as bad as Ramos and Compean. There is no wonder why this has never been big news. Why has this case went unnoticed or does some injustice not fit the template of our cowardly radio Gods?

There is NO WAY this boy will get justice without intervention from radio show MIKE SAVAGE.
EVERYTHING about this case points to HIM as a valuable ally.
I have said lots of bad stuff about Mr. Savage, but I have to say, this case has SAVAGE written alllll over it, especially the military and San Fransisco angles.

Truly a sad, disgusting indictment of the Bay Area’s addiction to sin. Some facts left out:
Nary admitted in court to taking $40 to let this guy give him oral.
He did not kill the guy by hitting him with a mug, he admitted to strangling him for 5 minutes+ and then left him for dead and did not call police.
If true it is really awful but it is exactly this that we have to look forward to. When even those who should speak out don’t we are going to see more and more cover ups like this.

He was so distraught and desperate to escape, that after he strangled him he went thru his pockets to get the $40 (for the BJ?). He told the Navy he hurt his hand playing basketball and the dead body was not found for 2 days.
It’s not “gay rape.” Forcible sodomy is worse than rape and was punished by our Nation’s founders with death.
Even IF this guy murdered him this prison is worse then Gitmo.
No medical attention to his hand for 3 1/2 years?
Looks like a real bad deal. If trial was to be fair at all it needed to be held somewhere far from SF. Reading this made me sick and I believe we will see more so called fair trials like this every day. The stories will be different, the results will be the same.
I read the story at the wnd.com and thought something wasn’t right. I know I would have never gotten into a car with another man I had just met at a club. Though I of course couldn’t be sure I suspected that Nary might have some fag in him. Thanks for your post which clarifies things greatly.
The great thing is the sailor managed to kill the piece of scum and that said piece of scum is no doubt burning in hell for eternity now.
Man, this story sends shivers down my spine. I have to believe that is SOP around military towns because the same thing almost happened to me.
A naive small town kid from northern Michigan who just turned 19 and stationed in Panama and never encountering a homosexual before. Playing pinball in a bar in Panama city, had lots to drink, a great looking chick comes over and wants to play so I let her. A while later a middle age guy comes over and joins us, he's introduced as her friend and we continue to play pinball and he continues to buy drinks. She then leaves and the guy and I continue to play pinball.
Its now really late, the guy claims he's too drunk to drive and asks me if I would drive him home then he would pay for my cab fare back to the base. I say ok, not a problem. We get to his "mansion" and he asks me if I would like a tour of the house and I say sure, why not.......We first tour the pool, the downstairs then once we get upstairs he puts the move on me. That was it.....I was out of there so damn fast.
Fortunately back then there were no date rape drugs nor did I do drugs myself so that "moment" sobered me up so fast that I was able to get out of there........
But that's how they do it, they cruise the bars looking for like minded homosexuals or the naive small town kids away from home for their first times then ply them with alcohol and/or drugs .
This was all back in 1970 when kids were kids and the thought of a homosexuality community never entered our minds.............
Here is what happened:
Pifarre coerced the drunk Nary into oral sex. Pifarre stuffed $40 into Nary’s shirt pocket. (Note: Nary never asked Pifarre for any money.) Groggy, Nary then fell asleep. While Nary was sleeping, Pifarre forcefully anally penetrated Nary. In pain, Nary woke up frightened. Fearing AIDS and morally repulsed, Nary resisted.
A fight ensued.
Pifarre used a shower rod to break Nary’s hand. The death scene was bloody as Nary then grabbed the same shower rod with his other, unbroken, hand to ward off Pifarre’s nonstop aggressive advances. With one hand disabled, Nary choked the cocaine-crazed Pifarre unconscious — in order to get him to stop. When could finally leave Pifarre’s apartment, Nary believed Pifarre was alive. (Note: Pifarre’s downstairs neighbors reported hearing the fight, but because they’d heard the same type sounds before from Pifarre’s apartment, the neighbors did not call the police that particular night.)
Pifarre’s autopsy report disclosed the causes of Pifarre’s death as strangulation, cocaine, and a pre-existing heart condition.

This case is sickening in more ways than one, this poor guy was acting in self defense, if he was gay he probably wouldn’t be doing any time.
