Well, that is why the mainstream has dismissed the issue. Not me! I want the truth! I know there is something rotten about the whole deal. Why shouldn't we be treated with a little respect? We all know there is a bogus deal about the Hawaian COLB. Be it the birth in Kenya, the Father being married before, the fact that Stanley lied in her divorce records. What about the poor guy who was murdered after he was cooperating with the passport investigation.

Basically what you are asking, is to not persue Certifigate because no one cares. I care! I have been called idiot, tin foil hat wearing conspiracy maker, racist and worse over just wanting the truth.

We can fight for conservative values on all the legislation being jammed down our necks, but I for one want this issue resolved. It is total BS that he is able to get away with a COLB that was only submitted to the registrar and no real authentication as to what is the vital record.

I will look stupid for you...OK? You are excused from wanting the truth and the Constitution being held to higher standards.

Personally I think he scammed the system with multiple identities. And his vital records would go a long way in clearing up questions about the bogus potus that he will never admit to.

You are getting to the heart of the matter. Those who don’t believe that the birth certificate abstract issued by the government of Hawaii is a true reflection of the content of the original documents, will not believe in the validity of what is purported to be a copy of the original documents when presented by the very same Hawaiian officials whose word they will not take about the validity of the abstract. At least they shouldn’t. Because if they’re lying about whether the information on the abstract is the same as that on the original documents, they wouldn’t hesitate to produce a forgery.

Because you say the pre printed form has been superimposed over the signature does not make it so. This is simply the process of fading over the years, where the ink would fade at a different rate when written over a non-absorbent commercial printer generated typeface. In fact it would be suspicious if the fading had been uniform over those different surfaces.

It is obvious that the ink has faded on the Australian one after 40 odd years and was written with a fountain pen, but the Obama one looks pristine and written with a ballpoint pen, which was considered déclassé in 1964. No Civil Servant of Britain or the ex Colonies at that time would consider signing an official document with a ballpoint pen. They would not even let you take examinations using a ballpoint pen.

Of course the typewritten font was more genuine on the Australian one for that era too.

Just taking a glance at the original it seems to me that it is printed in 8 1/2" by 11" paper, Standard American stock whereas European standard stock is A4, 210 x 297mm a little longer and a little narrower. So I doubt if this is a copy of the actual printed form from Kenya.

The Australian raised seal is off center, readable and initialed which would be normal for a hand stamped document. The other seal on the Obama document is perfectly centered, unreadable and not initialed which would be more likely on a fake.

But seriously folks... I really do hope you 'Birthers' don't give up on your quest for truth that isn't true. It irritates the left-wing to no end and it keeps them on edge thinking that somehow their 'anointed one' will be removed from office. I kind of fear that too though, because god knows that as bad as Barry O is at running the world, Biden would be an even bigger disaster at running it.

This story needs to stay alive. If the Saul Alinsky types think this is going to backfire, they’re right. It’s going to backfire on them! Add up the public anger at the government’s taking over the healthcare industry with the anger about Barack Obama’s either lying about his birth or hiding something (along with just about everything else about the man) and with people’s general suspicion of government activities and, unless ZERO institutes marshall law - he’s going to lose in 2012 because he only won by a fairly small margin in 2008.

Keep the fight going... Stopping the government’s takeover of health care is much more important than the birth certificate (only so because the Democrats want govt control of healthcare - they just thought ZERO would be a winning charmer) in the long run.

If only we had a politician working to remove government from health care and return to a market-driven health industry.

People keep saying he should pay the $12.50 (or $10, or $20, or whatever was in the last post they read) and produce his birth certificate. But the document you get from the state when you pay that fee is precisely the one he already provided and was posted online. Have you not seen it?

I'm not paying much attention to this stupid issue, so please forgive me. Prior to the article I referenced ("The emperor has no birth certificate" by Joseph Fararah) I was rather agnostic.

If there was a legal method of getting this information (Freedom of Information request, lawsuit, etc.) I was cool with it. But then I noticed a mind-blowing ignorance on the part of the "birthers". They had no end game. If they actually got the ultimate result of what they wanted, all that they would achieve is the swearing in of President Joe Biden.

Then Joe Fararah admitted that there never was a legal option and that the strategy all along was to yell real loud. Yell real loud about an expanding debt? No. Yell real loud about cap & trade? No. Yell real loud about government run health care? No. Joe wants us to yell real loud about this stupid birth certificate! And to what end? President Joe Biden!

Here is a crop of both the original and the one supplied by the faker. I do not see any difference in the type face other than the fact that one was taken at a deeper perspective than the other. The consequence of photographing at a different angle is that the original letters are foreshortened while maintaining the width.

Both pictures, I am sure, have been re sized for display on computer screens and could even have a slightly different aspect ratio converting from different picture formats and cameras. Even the DPI may be different from the originals. I screen captured my results at 120 but have posted them here at 72.

You no doubt have better eye sight than I have but I cannot see any difference that cannot be explained.

Even the copy of letter he displayed was not the final one sent to Orly, he probably made dozens to complete the fake.

Why is getting the information that has been hidden, including that concerning the actual birth certificate, not “legal?” Are you ignorant of the number of freedom of information suits about these matters that are in progress? Why are they not complementary to other kinds of litigation that will force out the information that is being concealed and misrepresented? Joseph said that he believes the courts will lie; or am I misreading this statement? In lieu of court (legal) action, he is relying on the American people “demanding” the truth. I’m interpreting that as “yell real loud”.

The “birthers” are in quite a predicament. If a real long-form birth certificate were produced today, they would not believe it legitimate. Why? Because too much time has lapsed during which a perfect forgery may have been produced. (Soros has LOTS of money.)

They have become like the truthers in responding to every answer with a new question. Nothing will please them. When it was pointed out that this issue was started by a nefarious Hillary operative they shrug. “Hillary,” they say, “only dropped the matter ‘cause she realized she was going to lose.” This, in true truther form, defies logic, in my estimation, because the money was there, the investigators were there, and the motive stood large before them. If you think you’re gonna lose, and you have a stick of dynamite, you throw the dynamite. No? The birthers, however, simply ignore the logical argument and create an alternative scenario.

I believe that the courts are the ONLY way that this matter will be resolved. Joseph says they won’t rule honestly. He may be right. If he is, to me the case is closed and we take all this birther energy and apply it to defeating every Democrat and RINO in the house and senate. To Joseph, however, we continue to yell real loud about the BC.
