Interesting that Salon is all over this fake BC story and just happens to be in touch and can identify the anonymous blogger who claims to have found the Bomford BC doing a google search.

Everyone who has pursued this so far has been, shall we say, less than ideal. I appreciate their efforts, but we really can’t afford more mistakes with this. We need someone who can play hardball.

Filing these suits are unlikely to go anywhere. I think the most promising method of getting Obama to release his original BC is find a single State to require absolute documentation of NBC to get on that State's Presidential primary and general election ballot in 2012.

It would raise troubling questions if Obama were keep his name off on of the 57 State's ballots just prevent release of his BC. So, he'd have to release it when applying in 2011. If it is established he has to release it in 2011, why not release it now? Why the delay? More troubling questions.

Unlike the birthers, which Obama and the MSM can call a fringe group, it is harder to do that to an entire State.

I’ve never thought much of people that read Salon, let alone post articles from that sewer.

I’m a paralegal student. We are always that motions will not even be looked at if errors like this are found.

" I think that says something right there."

Yes, it says that we need to dig up and respect the real 13th ammendment to our constitution; the one that says that members of the bar are not citizens of the U.S.

It was ratified with room to spare, and then buried by the criminals that run our courts.

If one is a fifty year old paper doc, and one is pixels, I’d go with the paper. The pixel doc was probably made from the image of the other. Sorry. All she claims to have is a jpg emailed to her (read here filing or blog if in doubt). She has no paper doc (in fact, over the last few days she has claimed she was going to Europe to obtain said physical copy). The "punk'd" copy uploaded today is of a much higher resolution that what she has to claim (though all we know is what she uploaded to her blog...she may indeed have an equally high-res copy but no one has seen it yet). Regardless, it looks bad for her case. Her inability to properly file a doc doesn't look much better. I say this having filed quite a few legal documents before.

"I am dropping out of this movement."

Good, I hate to be worring about who's behind me.

Maybe Orly should attach Obama’s bogus HI certification to her next motion, see if the Court strikes that too.

If she did, Taitz would probably make the same inept mistakes she made with this filing.

The classic blathering of the Fatass American Couch Potatoe.

Now that's funny. None of the discussion about Orly changes the fact that we don't know anything about the mystery president.

Throwing out the birth certificate for procedural reasons tells me an awful lot. He really really doesn’t want to rule on this!!!

Tells me a lot, too. Tatiz is the most inept lawyer in all of California, which is saying a lot. She has no understanding of procedure at all, and seems to have slept through all her classes.

Just how does she substantiate that?

I've looked some and all I can find are circular references and claims that it is a given fact or axiomatic.

And the media has to know what brand of suppositories Geo. Bush used.
