I always shred the documents they sent, fill their SASE with the shreddings, then mail it back to them on their dime.

No way. Why would I even want to discuss anything with them?

AARP is more than happy to "enlist" you at age 50.
I used to belong - as with many, for the discounts (and they are GOOD if you're traveling), but I sh*tcanned 'em years ago.....but I keep the card in my wallet.
If anybody even asks to see it when I inquire -- which is exceedingly rare -- I flash the long expired card and still get the goods. Ain't been busted yet.

I despise AARP;at besy, they are a bunch of freeloaders demanding special discounts just because their members reached a given age.
But much worse,they are anti-gun.
Their directors dream of everyone buying only AARP endorsed products.

You know, until now, I knew what they were, but I just tossed their crap in the trash can. But to actually abuse us, not just use us, I may take up your return mail practice. Takes a little more time, but not much. :)
To: SandRat
Did you ever wonder how they got your name and address in the first place, and knew not to send you mail when you were 16 years old?
To: Kansas58
Dont shred the business reply envelop. Put a nasty note in it and send it back to them! That's what I do....let them pay the postage and take the time to open it

AARP are follwong the ACORN business model of getting a free billion dollar congress contract to run healthcare in violation of church and state.
It is obvious they are getting paid by a mobish kind of people of which the AARP has joined through such business models proposed by Marxists and all sorts of criminalizing misfits like the Nazies and what not.

Hehe. Maybe you had a beard and moustache back then. Read the latest almanac, though, and AARP ranks far and away above every publication when it comes to circulation numbers.
To: John D
Hmm, I could put something that is really heavy; like a brick in a package, glue the envelope on the outside. That would really cost them postage, wouldn’t it?

The trash they was solicitations to contribute to some fund or such thing so that they could lobby on seniors behalf; citing “Didn't I want to help care for my Grandparents?”

Fill the reply envelope with all your other junk mail without your address. Make it as heavy as possible to make it cost them as much as possible.
