Obama law tab up to $1.4 mil

President Obama may be using his political action committee funds to stomp out eligibility lawsuits brought by Americans, as he has paid more than $1.35 million to his top lawyer since the election.
Obama for America, Obama's 2008 political campaign, merged with the Democratic National Committee in January and is now known as Organizing for America. The grassroots army that some refer to as "Obama 2.0" is still collecting financial contributions.
Federal Election Commission records for "Obama for America" show that the lobby organization has paid international law firm Perkins Coie exactly $1,352,378.95 since the 2008 election.
FEC records show the following payments made to the law firm from Oct. 16, 2008, to June 30, 2009:

If Obama's birth certificate is legit, that is $1,352,368.95 too much.....

You can bet your bottom dollar he can’t prove it. When the constitution was written the term “natural born” meant born to TWO citizen parents. It would not make sense otherwise. To say that any person born to an American citizen mother could be president would have meant that the president could be the son of an active enemy of the United States and could be subverting the United States to please his father. Of course the same thing could happen if both parents were citizens but it would be less likely. There would have been no reason to put that requirement in place unless it meant both parents and not just one.
Some people make a big deal about the fact that there is no definition of the term in the constitution but it would have been absurd to try to include definitions of anything that might come up. There is no definition of treason in the constitution either but there was no question in anyones’s mind what it meant at the time.
Might want to fact-check that last sentence.

Legal or not this shows how UNQUALIFIED Obama is as president. You ask me how a legal bill of 1.4 million proves he inaptness, well I will tell you... It shows he does not think twice about running up a tab, in this case it is his legal bills (all he had to do was show the original birth certificate and he could have save an additional expense of $1,390,000.00). So why would I trust him with our health care or countries budget, he is a big time spender.
Second of all, producing the long-form birth certificate wouldn't stop the vast majority of the lawsuits, since most of the lawsuits aren't about Bambi's birthplace. Therefore, even if some of that money was spent defending birther lawsuits (and I doubt it), producing a long-form birth certificate wouldn't save a dime.
That's sure some elaborate conspiracy!
And birthers wonder why poeple think they're wearing tinfoil hats...
It seems that 0bama hasn't been spending that much more on legal fees than other candidates, which kind of goes against the claims made by many that he's spending crazy amounts to fend off eligibility questions.
???? We know several of the lawsuits were about the birth certificate, and many motions were filed concerning that. So yes, at least some of it was spent on birther stuff.
First of all, most of the lawsuits are not about his birth place. Second of all, even for those lawsuits that were, he still has to file a motion to dismiss even if he did decide to include a long-form BC as an exhibit.
So no, adding a BC as an exhibit does not save him any money.
Wasteful, untrustworthy, and demonstrating guilty behavior.
