Why no talk about tort reform?

When they are talking about Nationalizing health care, the last thing I want is tort reform for those doctors and hospitals that cooperate with Obama’s death committee.

First, where is the 30% number coming from?

Don't like it? Pick a better one.   "By some estimates these make up one-fourth to one-third of medical costs."

Second, how many dead people do you think we are talking about?

I have read estimates of 45,000 to 225,000 per year. You pick.

Third, do you think doctors and hospitals should be able to kill and hurt their patients without taking any responsibility for it?

No.
