You may have seen yesterday’s video of Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) speaking on her cell phone while a cancer survivor spoke to her about health care reform. Well now comes news that the pro-Obamacare voices in the crowd were not entirely legitimate.

A primary care physician identified as Dr. Roxana Meyer stood up and praised the President’s health care plan for overhauling a broken system. Meyer said: “I don’t know what there is in the bill that creates such panic.” The Congresswoman asked the crowd to give her a round of applause for being a doctor, hugged her and then asked “How long have you been practicing?” to which “Dr.” Meyer answered “Four years,” which was followed by more applause and a gushing grin on the face of “Dr.” Meyer. The problem? Roxana Meyer is not a doctor, but rather an Obama campaign delegate.

Also, I have never met the Congresslady or her husband–it’s a big school. I do think this is all very funny because I just assume that if my going had been part of a conspiracy, it would have been more seemlessly executed.

While I’m sure I lack your creativity and passion, I have possessed some spontaneity from time to time.

Motor-mouth Sheila Jackson Lee' s intellectually facile explanation of her rude unconscionable behavior at a townhall---answering a cell phone while a cancer survivor was speaking----raises several questions. How did this rude, obnoxious woman ever get elected? Voter fraud comes to mind.

To add insult to injury she (1) first lied about her actions, (2) claimed the tape was "doctored," then, (3) told news organs she was talking to a healthcare hotline. I urge the Houston Chronicle to subpoena Lee's cell phne records to determine who exactly she was fielding phone calls from.

Lee obviously believes herself to be "The Anointed One." Lee clearly owns an imperious sense of entitlement, and expects Americans to kneel in obeisance at her feet. She had better disabuse herself of the notion that she, and she alone, gets to decide what happens to Americans' healthcare. Aint gonna happen.

Finally, I don't know where this woman came from, but Texas voters are going to send her back there ASAP.
