Experts who track hate groups across the U.S. are growing increasingly concerned over violent rhetoric targeted at President Obama, especially as the debate over health care intensifies and a pattern of threats emerges.
The Secret Service is investigating a Maryland man who held a sign reading "Death to Obama" and "Death to Michelle and her two stupid kids" outside a town hall meeting this week. And in New Hampshire, another man stood across the street from a Presidential town hall with his gun on full display.
Los Angeles police officers apprehended a man Thursday after a standoff with him inside a red Volkswagen Bug car in Westwood, CA – the latest disturbing case even though officials said the man had mental problems.

This man did NOTHING wrong other than to exercise several constitutional rights at the same time. Unfortunately for him and us, those in power in this nation right now only believe in “certain” constitutional rights such as abortion, givernment run health care and gay marriage.
There have always been nuts and extremists in this country who would assassinate a politician. Most of them are just that - nuts. I’m not sure what kind of fool would parade around with a “Death to Obama” sign.

Oh please. How many times did people demonstrate while demanding death to Bush, hang him in effigy, etc.? All of a sudden, ABC “fears” for a president’s safety. And those who object to the president’s policies are racist haters. How dumb do they think we are? That said, the nutjob in Maryland needs to be in an asylum for calling for the death of BO and his family. That is hateful, and does not move the principled opposition to BO forward a single inch.

Didn’t I hear that their findings were the source for DHS’s last report about RIGHT WING extremists? They continue to speak out and IMO are not only DRIVING the ‘fear speak’, but their so-called ‘reports’ are being used as FACT by this Administration.
They, the liberal cabal (Government-Media Complex) may or may not create it themselves, but if it were to occur, in whatever fashion (I am saying, for example, violence at a Congressional Town Hall) they will be the ultimate ambulance chasers and why they will milk it for everything they can to censor legitimate dissent. It is one of the last few cards they have a their disposal, outside of outright martial law and suspending the Constitution.
