Authorities announced charges Thursday against a Mexican gang that took Tijuana-style violence to the upscale suburbs of San Diego County, kidnapping, torturing and killing well-to-do residents, even after some families paid large ransoms.

The gang, a rogue cell of the Tijuana-based Arellano Felix drug cartel, moved across the border in 2002 and posed as U.S. law enforcement, donning FBI and police uniforms and caps while snatching victims outside homes and public places, said San Diego County prosecutors.

Nine victims were killed from 2004 to 2007, and the bodies of two of them were dissolved in chemicals at a rented house in San Diego. Gang members were also

Obammie the Commie tramples the US Constitution with his Chuck Taylors by taking control over industries that the USC does not give the federal government authority to control.

He is so busy grabbing unconstitutional power of private enterprise that he neglects one of the FEW responsibilities relegated to the federal government in the USC, that is...

TO PROTECT THE DAMN BORDERS, AHOLE!

How could this be? Janet Napolitano told the Nation that there was no carry over violence across the border.
Who knew?

Pay attention — 2004 to 2007. Some obscure state legislator didn’t have much power to deal with this problem then. Seems to me a Republican congress and president didn’t do much to solve this when they had control.

Aw, this is nothing. Wait until you see what Obama’s people do to the suspects who modified his visage and put up the posters everwhere. You haven’t seen anything yet. This guy is for real. I keep telling people that and many still don’t get it. He’s not going to back down and he’s going to sic his minions on anyone who disagrees with him publicly or embarrasses him. Hide and watch, wait and see.

Spillover crime from Tijuana’s gang wars is relatively small easy for a reporter to say, tell it to the victims and their families given the scale and brutality of the violence there. Ok, well, that's OK then since, so far, it' still worse in Tijuana. What a load of journalistic crap.

“..posed as U.S. law enforcement, donning FBI and police uniforms and caps..”

Gee, I wonder if they purchased those items in a store NORTH of the border or SOUTH of the border? It really doesn’t matter though; between “no-knock” warrants served at the wrong address and this type of crime, it won’t be long before everybody greets someone wearing a T-shirt and/or cap that reads, DEA, FBI, or whatever law enforcement ID clothing with gunfire. Especially at night or when they just pull up and yell “warrant” and try to take you away. Why take a chance? Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

"Where IS the FBI?.."

Writing Miranda procedures for foreign combatants, executing FOIA requests in AK, prosecuting CIA officials and former White House lawyers, looking for Ron Paul bumper stickers.

Not prosecuting Black Panther poll blocker thugs, ACORN election fraud, Charlie Rankle and Chris Clod tax evasion, etc.

This is one reason why the United States life expentancy is lower than many other countries around the world. Zero’s ‘organized’ Chicago has weekly massacres along with Detroit, NYC, Boston, Miami, Los Angeles, etc. Thank you, PC leftwing crowd for your diminution of American religion and values.

"This is one reason why the United States life expectancy is lower than many other countries around the world. Zero's "organized" Chicago has weekly massacres"

Considering Ruth Race-Bater Ginsberg's recent Eugenic-based comment that she thought abortions were going to target those undesirables, this must be part of their master plan.

Look at the socioeconomic profile of the people involved (both perps and victims) - they're primarily inner city kids of color. It's been like that since I can remember. Factor in the party who runs these crime-ridden hell holes and it's clear the Rats want cycles of "cleansing" through violence since it reduces the ranks of the lower class, creates employment opportunities for union employees related to crime (votes for Rats), and creates an easy to manufacture bogyman oppressor who is always white and Republican. Throw in free, readily available abortion and the Rats have their perfectly balanced poverty / Eugenics death cycle that keeps the votes coming, while thinning their ranks. What a perfectly concealed self perpetuating cycle of evil - right in plain sight.

DOJ, DHS and Mexico Announce Arrangement to Bolster Investigative Cooperation on International Firearms Trafficking Cases

WASHINGTON - Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano, Mexican Attorney General Eduardo Medina-Mora, Mexican National Public Security System Executive Secretary Jorge Tello Peón, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Acting Director Kenneth E. Melson and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Assistant Secretary John Morton today signed a Letter of Intent to develop a coordinated and intelligence-driven response to the threat of cross border smuggling and trafficking of weapons and ammunition.

“The Letter of Intent illustrates our unconditional commitment to improve public safety in the United States and Mexico, and strengthens our determination to investigate and share intelligence to combat international firearms trafficking and violent crime,” said Deputy Attorney General David W. Ogden. “Law enforcement agencies in both nations recognize the importance of tracing every crime gun recovered on the Southwest Border to help determine trafficking patterns and potential traffickers of illicit firearms. ATF is committed to its strong partnership with ICE in working collaboratively to reduce firearms-related violent crime as we stem the diversion of firearms to international criminal markets.”

“Enforcing our laws at the border requires close collaboration with our international and domestic allies to ensure our mutual security,” said Secretary Napolitano. “This arrangement signifies our continued commitment to working with Mexico to stop violence and deter criminal activity that threatens safety on both sides of the border.”

The letter signed today, supported by President Obama and Mexican President Felipe Calderón, will leverage the combined investigative capabilities of ICE, ATF and Mexico’s Procurador General de la Republica to combat violence and criminal activity along the U.S.-Mexico border.

The Letter of Intent recommends a joint strategic implementation plan to develop cooperative protocols to investigate weapons and ammunition trafficking in the United States and Mexico and improve information sharing between the two countries to better identify smuggling and trafficking trends and support bilateral investigation efforts.

DOJ and DHS recently enhanced coordination between ATF and ICE to combat international firearms trafficking and between DEA and ICE to disrupt and dismantle drug trafficking organizations.

The DNC is deeply saddened that they lost 17 votes.

So far they have lost only nine. Eight are still at large. Unless, of course, the nine in prison can still vote.
