I find it interesting that someone peacefully exercising their lawful Constitutionally-protected right was orchestrated as a publicity stunt. I am also amazed at all the angst it has caused.

I would say that their plan was a success. They certainly got publicity.

AFAIC, just because you have the right to do something doesn’t necessarily make it the best thing to do.

However, the MSM seemed to not be able to see any firearms carried by a number of Black Panthers who gathered in a protest in 2000 against Bush:

I’m trying to determine any difference from Rosa Parks’ “stunt a few generations back.
