On the O'Reilly Factor tonight, the former President of the Canadian Medical Association, Brian Day, M.D. all but begged America to reject Obamacare.
Dr. Day, a practicing surgeon in Vancouver, said than tens of thousands of Canadians are waiting months for surgery because there is no money to pay for it and Canada has way too few physicians because no one wants to practice there. In addition, tens of thousands of other patients are waiting months to see the specialist, so they can then be approved to get in line to wait months for the surgery! Of course, in cancer patients, these delays are a death sentence, because the delays allow the tumors time to grow and metastasize.
Dr. Day also exposed the biggest financial lie about the north-of-the-border system. He said that in his province, British Columbia, 43% of the provincial revenue goes to pay for health care, and that number is expected to soar to 90% in ten years.
He also said that Health Canada was recently rated by an impartial group as 27th out of the medical systems in the top 27 industrialized countries.
He gave one example of how financially and morally bankrupt the system is. In Canada, if you are having a heart attack, Health Canada will NOT pay for an ambulance to take you to the hospital. You could drive yourself, or someone else could drive, so the Canadian insurance plan, the one Obama wants us all to suffer under, will not pay for an ambulance!
The reality is, Obama DOES know bad this proposed system would be, and he still wants it.
We call that "guilty knowledge."
In all fairness, here in Columbus, a trip in the squad costs (those of us with insurance) $700.
Secondly, thank what is costs to have the EMTs trained, all other expenses, just waiting for you when you need them.
Trust me, if you have having a heart attack and need the 700, call me. I'll front you the money!

Actually, that’s what I though I was having (a heart attack.) Turned out it was my gallbladder. I ended up paying a $50 deductible for the squad. No complaints from me. Those guys were great.

What happens? The lines get longer and more people have to wait for treatment.

I don’t know what other name you can call this monster bill that is being thrown on us except deathcare.
It is disgraceful.
Now the wife's doctor is from Pakistan. Full trained, is now a citizen of the US and hates Obamacare. So that may not be all that bad. She just had her annual evaluation with him and he was actually ranting and raging about Obama. She is an elder citizen and he told her her health and vitals were such she would not need the death panel review. And then he said of course under Obama it might still be mandated because of her age.
It’ll be hard on the Trial Lawyers Association.

Another NHS physician, Dr. Mohammad Asha was not convicted, although he admitted giving $2000 to the bombers. MI-5 says he is a very serious security threat and wants him deported, but NHS has returned him to treating patients under an alias!
