Here’s his Twitter. I’ve also noticed that he personally gave Zero $500 for his campaign. I’m still digging.
Don't bother to answer those questions. They're rhetorical.

Plague? LOL! Did you mean "plaque"? Sorry...had to say something because it was funny.
Isn’t it a federal felony to send massive unsolicited spam e-mails??????

“Everything You Need to Know About Obama’s Spam-Gate”
(SNIP)
“This email came from servers owned by GovDelivery, a St. Paul, Minn., firm that describes itself as “the world’s leading provider of government-to-citizen communication solutions,” and appears to have been contracted by the White House to manage its email blasts. The “account code” is “USEOPWH”U.S. Executive Office of the President, White House. We called GovDelivery and spoke to CEO Scott Burns, who declined to confirm or deny that his company works with the White House, but said “you’ve obviously got the header information for that email, so draw whatever inference from that you will.”
We’ll take that as a yes. And many of the readers who claim to be spam victims provided identical header info. So we’re confident that people who at least believe they never signed up for White House emails got Axelrod’s.
How does the White House gather its email list? Burns said GovDelivery provides a platform for sending out mass emails, but that “the list acquisition strategy in not in our control.”
“We give clients tools to make it easier to sign up for things from their web site,” Burns said. GovDelivery’s platform is, by default, opt-inmeaning that only people who have signed up get the emails. “But clients can also bring their own lists into the system. When someone buys our platform, it’s an opt-in system. But the judgment is the client’s if they want to add other addresses or lists.” In other words, GovDelivery doesn’t control who the emails go to, and if the White House wanted to add addresses of people who didn’t sign up, it could have done so.
“There are a couple theories as to what’s going on here.”

So — the WH distanced themselves, BUT —— hired someone to do the job for them? So what’s the difference?
“was wondering if he isnt related to Debbie Stabenow. I tried to Google to find a connection, but couldnt come up with anything. Maybe another Freeper would have better luck”
From wikipedia
“Stabenow was first married to Dennis Stabenow; the couple divorced in 1990. They have two children, Michelle and Todd.”

I checked the government database for contracts and didn't see any going from the Executive Office of the President to Gov Delivery.
I did find that the Howard Koh, Assistant Secretary of HHS- brother of Harold Jr. and son of Harold Sr. contracted this firm this year... the contract expires 9-30-2009:
Damn, I meant Plaque.

Read the transaction information at the top of the form.
The prepared date reads 12/31/2008, before ObamaInaauguration.
Howard Koh was nominated by Obama on March 25, 2009.
So maybe this has nothing to do with the Obama White House e-mail scam.
This group cut a deal with the Department of Treasury to handle correspondence in 2007 after Paulson was named the Treasury Secretary in the summer of 2006. It looks like until Paulson was named, there was no push for GovDelivery.com to handle federal correspondence that I can find. If they do go back to 2004 with Obama as alleged on several sites, it lends credibility to the fact the Dems controlled Paulson and he undercut McCain for Obama which IMO is true:

Yeah, you’re right... but the executive office of the President hasn’t contracted this vendor. So my guess is they used a contract that is already active to have the work done. And since the Koh family seems to be pretty close to Obama it wouldn’t be a stretch to have Howard Koh redirect funds he oversees.
Thanks to Stefs masterful driving skills, we made it there with plenty of time. Unfortunately, the buses carrying Sen. Obama and Sen. Biden did not. We waited in the sweltering heat for about two hours before the show got started. The warm-up speeches were good, but I was especially impressed with my boss (I may be biased).
Obama and Biden didnt take the stage until well after 8 p.m., and by then everyone was getting a little antsy for things to get started. Their remarks didnt deviate too much from their speeches at the convention last week, but of course, it was still great to see them both in person.
