Back in October of 2008, when the subject of Obama’s Constitutional eligibility to be president of the United States was just a blip on the radar screen of public awareness, I wrote an article about how easy it was to find my then -92-year-old mother’s birth certificate.
Frankly, I didn’t think finding my mother’s birth certificate was possible, given the fact that she had been born in a farmhouse in Storrs, CT, along with nine of her 10 siblings, to parents who didn’t speak English. Despairing that she would never be “qualified” to receive the care [in a nursing home} that she desperately needed, I set about to find the document, which I was sure had vanished in the unreliable record-keeping of 1913. When I called the third number, I explained to the woman who answered the phone that I was “asking something impossible.” I gave her my mother’s first name and her father’s last name. Within four minutes, she said, “Here it is!” When I expressed my amazement, the woman said: “That’s nothing…we’re routinely asked to find birth certificates from the 1800s, and we do that all the time!” Total time it took me to find my mother’s 1913, born-in-a-farmhouse birth certificate: 10 minutes!

There is one major aspect of this that keeps nagging at me in the same way that the fact that congress has exempted its members and federal employees from the ostammercare program: why not just produce the birth certificate? If there’s nothing wrong, why not just do it?
Assuming that there is something actually going on and obama’s refusal to release his person information beyond politics and controlling the issue to make his political enemies look foolish, I don’t see how this will end other than violently. But if obama and his voters are living a lie, it needs to end one way or another.

I keep thinking that someone other than Orly Taitz should do this. She has the will but lacks the expertize and legal talents that are going to be necessary. She lets the libs push her buttons a little to much.

As I sit listening to a conservative talk show host weave this complex web of intrigue about one of Obama’s aides....I am thinking “Arent you the same person that calls us birthers...nuts?” Spend all that time kvetching about Obama...but yet call people “nuts” when they ask for his “real” birth certificate?
I am beginning to wonder which side some of these “conservatives” are really on. Why kvetch about Obama....but do nothing to remove him for holding office illegally?
I don’t think Beck has looked as closely at the BC issue as we have because he’s spending his time uncovering the evil that’s already in office.
I think there are plenty of people who just think it’s too late to do anything now that Obama has been sworn in.
His programs this week have been exceptional IMO.

The first request to see his birth certificate came in April of 2008 from a St. Petersburg Times article trying to track down internet rumors about his middle name. The newspaper tried to find as many on-line Obama documents that they could, and then asked the campaign for his birth certificate. That's when Obama refused.
I don't think the timeline suggests a plot to control or embarrass conservates or Republicans. I do think they may have morphed into that message over time, but I don't think it was always the plan.
I think it was always a case of covering up something that powerful people didn't want exposed.

I recall seeing the request for an Obama birth certificate in March, 2008. This was about the same time that the libs were calling for McCain’s birth certificate and the hearings were held by Congress on his eligibility. I don’t recall the blogger’s name or his blog site but I began watching and watched closely until it showed up on Kos. I have always thought this Kos copy was a forgery from day 1 and still do. I began contacting my reps in Congress long before the election because I thought Obama and his team were committing fraud and thereby stealing the election. When they prevailed, I wrote more letters to Congress,the Supreme Court, Hawaii governor, and my state election offices before the swearing in and after.

Orly Taitz is a patriot. She has spent several thousand dollars of her own money.

Second, there are half a dozen cases in process. A discovery hearing for one of Taitz cases will be heard on Sept 8th in Southern Calif. The Kerchner v. Obama case has been in New Jersey District Court since August 3rd. Someone is being very careful about responding.
Big-time attorneys have too much to lose by getting involved. They are praying that as Obama’s soft coup is understood, he will lose enough support in 2010 to finish the job. They have the resources to survive for some years until some of the damage Obama is doing is undone.
Taitz has been attacked viciously for almost a year, and continues to fight. She makes no claim of being a constitutional scholar. She's a proud mom seeing her adopted country fall to the communism and antisemitism she escaped by leaving Moldavia. She has brought the fact of Obama’s eligibility to a worldwide audience. She corrected Berg, who focused on issues unlikely ever to be proved such as Kenyan birth, explaining the meaning natural-born citizenship in a January press conference of 2008. She has just had Facebook lock her out, perhaps from having too many congessmen sign up as "friends." The Wordpress template used at her blog has had malware inserted. (Who could access that template?) She is on our side, not the caliber attorney of Donofrio, who thinks The Republic is finished, or Apuzzo, who is thorough, careful, and may have broken through the legal blockades. But neither Apuzzo nor Donofrio are promoters. We need scholars and we need promoters, so that the public which is cowed by the Alinsky smear tactics and legal nonesense, is made aware that there is a real issue. Orly is an effective promoter or she wouldn't be under constant attack. Orly, Donofrio, Craig, Kerchner, and Apuzzo are our warriors.
If the courts do not address Obama’s lack of citizen parents disqualification, some attorneys claim that the precedence will alter the meaning of the term, opening the door to the well-funded child of non-citizen terroists, or spys, or drug cartel chiefs, to the presidency. Just look at Obama’s background: Marxist father, Marshall Davis, Whalid bin-Talal, Louis Farrakhan, Rashid Khalidi, Bill Ayres, Van Jones. Partly because he was born a British Citizen, we have little background on Barry, and it is all sealed.
If the supreme court doesn't address Obama’s natural-born disqualification, they are less likely to address it when he runs for a second term, and the republic will have become, as one of George Soros’ sons promoted in a Wall St. Jr. op-ed, a Democracy - mob rule, but with czars and a supreme court made impotent by a “living” constitution - a constitution which Obama has always said “doesn't allow me to do the things I think need doing.”
The court must affirm natural-born citizenship or our constitution will likely have been amended by precedence.
Obama must be assumed to have had his SEIU friends destroy any documents in government archives. He has stated unequivocally that his father was a British Citizen, making Obama a “dual citizen” at birth. A dual citizen cannot have absolute allegiance to one nation, and no statue can make a dual citizen a “natural-born citizen.”

First and foremost, they are on the side of keeping their own jobs.
They will rock the boat about Obama enough to keep their audience but not so much as to be called on the carpet by their corporate bosses.
These guys frustrate us when they don’t go all the way in pursuit of Obama but we really should remind ourselves that they are principally entertainers and are not actually “leaders” of any movement or group.

It’s not “too late,” it’s just that right now there are other huge vulnerabilities that resonate more with the general public and that have the potential to bring Obama down.
Beck is hitting hard on these issues this week, and he’s striking a cord with the mega-audience that he’s drawing.
He doesn’t get the BC issue, although I think he would if he had time to look more closely at it. That doesn’t bother me as a “birther”; he’s doing his part, and brilliantly.
It was just settled a few weeks ago, and does appear to affirm that statute (laws) cannot make someone a natural born citizen, confirming the nonsense when someone invokes the 14th amendment or the 1790 Naturalization Act.
There are a number of people who are learning more than they ever expected to learn about the intent of our founders - thank God! I hope they hurry.
I have paid little attention to Berg. I am concerned given his association with Hillary and Soros, about his motives. I hope I'm wrong. But his avoidance of Obama’s Article II Sec. 1 Clause 5 ineligibility has caused me to stop paying attention. His attacks on Taitz also give me pause. If he isn't running legal interference, he is doing a reasonably good job of pretending.
I sharea some of your concerns about Berg and have gained some personal knowledge that he is not really paying attention. I had been told that he had been a workder fro Hillary. But what is his association with Soros? This is a very important question, belive me.

0bama’s Noelani Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education.
This is an important feature because K-records for original school entry would have contained the following:
1. His REAL Birth Certificate.
2. An application with the following:
—1. His Legal name.
—2. Parents or Legal Guardians’ names.
—3. Date of Birth
—4. Place of Birth
—5. Vaccination Records (revealing a timeline to the place and DOB.)
It also is important for two reasons:
A. The Dept. of Education does not “lose” the records of one particular student. (Who paid whom what sum to make this record disappear?)
B. There would have been NO shameful low-test scores, NO embarrassing Equal Opportunity advancements, and NO trails of fraudulent funding to hide which could possibly ‘excuse’ the quashing of public school Kindergarten entry records.
For the rest of his life he attended very expensive private schools and has had his records legally sealed to deny the public, his true life story.
This is different. Hawaii should be able to verify he attended their school since he is featured in class photographs. State and federal tax dollars paid for his initial year of education. Why is there no documentation?

Cap&Tax is designed to give the oligarchy complete controll over energy productiona dn use, and the Obamacare bill is designed to crash the eceonomy while forcing eveyone but the oligarchs under a government dictated life and death ‘healthcare’ regime. Neither of these bills was written by the actual elected representatives, just promoted by the reps. The Stimulus wasn’t written by elected representatives either, they just took what Apollo sent to them and wrote it inot a ghastly 1000+ page bill which no one had time to read and debate. Face it, the rule of law is no longer based upon the Constitutional contract, it is based upon majority opinion as dictated by democrat party presumption.
Agreed. It’s possible to fault Orly Taitz for making small errors in spelling or in legal language and procedures. But she has done more than any of the other lawyers involved to keep this issue alive and before the public.
Just because she has given so much to pursuing this issue doesn’t stop others from pursuing it. In fact, as others have said before now, the more paths we pursue in fighting for the truth and against Obama’s lies, the better. It is possible to walk and chew gum at the same time. It is possible to oppose Obama Care or Porkulus and also keep stating that it is simply WRONG that Obama refuses to release his real birth records or any of his other records.
He is hiding something big, something deadly to his political ambitions. There can be no doubt about that.
