Remember THIS story from last year?

Computers Stolen From Boston ACORN Office
Oct 17, 2008 11:06 am US/Eastern

Police are investigating a burglary at the Boston offices of the community activist group ACORN.

Boston police told WBZ Friday that three Dell laptop computers were stolen from the group's Dorchester office around 10:15 p.m. Wednesday. (nice way to hide lists of illegally-registered voters)

According to police, the alarm had also been ripped from the wall and wires had been damaged.

The police report says two downstairs offices also were ransacked, two vending machines were damaged and change stolen from them. (because GOP burglars are WELL KNOWN for breaking into vending machines for spare change LOL)

A representative from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now said he did not know if the break-in was politically motivated, but called the timing “suspicious.”

The FBI is investigating whether ACORN helped foster voter registration fraud in several states before the presidential election.

ACORN denies any fraud.

And later, THIS news release by ACORN to point the blame elsewhere:

ROFLMAO!

“doesn’t mean he’s a good Democrat.”

Oh, he’s a good Democrat. Believe me.

Just like Mohammad Atta was a good Moslem.

If you look at the perp’s picture in the article, he/she could be the same person.

That's what I was thinking.

From the Dinah Lord blog about the arrest of the transgendered "Ariel Attack":

She is listed in the jail records and media under her birth name.

Her "birth name" could be Maurice Schwenkler.

“Balmer said he suspects the vandalism might have been aimed at making the GOP look bad.”

Ya think?

Just like all those fake “hate crimes” of vandalism.

Of course, it could also be an “extreme” (is there any other kind?) Dem who is disappointed in Obama and wanted a REAL Communist...

This Schwenkler looks like a transsexual (NOT transgender - gender is for language, not bodies). Looks more like a “butch” to me, at least.

If that headline writer was following the latest British ‘sensitivity’ rules, the word “race” would be “unacceptable.”
Apparently, “black” and “white” are now objectionable in the UK. I hope the *news item* that reported the wordpolice report was satire, but I’m pretty sure that it wasn’t.

Maybe not. They got caught here, and now any more incidents will be viewed suspiciously. Unless they actually catch a right winger in the act, they’re now going to have a problem blaming it on the right.

From the article:

Early Tuesday, Democratic Party chairwoman Pat Waak said the damage to her building in Denver's art district was a consequence of "an effort on the other side to stir up hate." She tempered her statement after Schwenkler's political history was revealed.

(snip)

Waak, who was not involved with the group that paid Schwenkler, said she's never heard of the suspect and pointed out that just because he canvassed "doesn't mean he's a good Democrat."

I guess State Dem Party Chairwoman, Pat Waak, is going to say that her comment above is an apology to all the opponents of ObamaCare, who she unfairly attempted to blame for the vandalism.

Not hardly, Pat.

Try again, Pat; and this time say, "I am sorry for getting al wee-weed up over this and unfairly accusing my conservative opponents of committing this felonious vandalism."

I have a couple of bets to collect on. I had a few lefties throw this crime at me as a tu quoque that “your side does it too”. I (rightly) pointed out that they hadn’t yet charged anyone for the crime but when they did it would no doubt be a leftie perp.

Not that a leftie would actually live up to their commitment or honor their word, but I will take enjoyment shoving their noses in it...

No, dear, what you've been saying is that the Republicans did it. Now you look like a jackass. Or a Democrat. But I repeat myself.

Early Tuesday, Democratic Party chairwoman Pat Waak said the damage to her building in Denver's art district was a consequence of "an effort on the other side to stir up hate." She tempered her statement after Schwenkler's political history was revealed. "What I've been saying is there is a lot of rhetoric out there from both sides of the spectrum," Waak said. "That's what's been disturbing to me. People are saying a lot of things not appropriate for civil discourse."
For example, Pat Waak said the damage to the DNC offices was "an effort on the other side to stir up hate" -- unfounded words which are obviously not appropriate for civil discourse. Pat Waak didn't merely speak out of turn, she flat-out lied, since she said something false and without foundation that she obviously didn't know whether or not it was true. She should resign or be fired.

And that's just giving her the benefit of the doubt -- if she recruited these hooligans to vandalize the building (analogy: Hitler's Nazis burning the Reichstag) with no expectation that they'd be caught, she and they belong in prison.

In my haste I misread the initial story. I thought that this dealt with an vandalism that occurred to a DNC office during the ‘08 election season, not the more recent crime.

It doesn’t matter however, because I will use this incident to my advantage.

I have three bets going on. One is with a casual acquaintance that purports himself to be a dhimmicrat but I do not believe him. I believe that he is a contrarian who delights in arguing with people. He is also a gambler of sorts. The other two bets were with friends of his that I doubt I’ll ever see again.

When I see him I am going to remind him of the bet (if he doesn’t remind me first!) and offer to double-down. If he takes me up on it - and I suspect that he will, I will then recite the sordid details of this story.

Although it won’t directly affect the bet I’m sure that it will eat at him.

Schwenkler was one of dozens of paid canvassers bankrolled by the Colorado Citizens' Coalition, a political 527 committee funded by labor groups and well-known, wealthy liberal donors.

He/she is a community organizer

BTW, I think Ariel Attack and Schwenkler are the same person
