My family got our 27? page census form. Many intrusive Q's like how many bathrooms in our house and what time to we go to work. In my continuing campain to be prisoner #1 in the gulag, I ripped off the front page and wrote the number of people living at my address and that we were all US citizens, even though they never asked in the entire booklet our citizenship. I also told them that that's all the info that Rahm and Acorn needed to know. Here's where it gets interesting. Since sending the form in, ACORN has been calling my wife's cell phone (we don't have a land line)number relentlesly, every day of the week. They always call from different area codes and leave a msg about a case number. Wow. I'm on my way.

The question at this point is are we actually willing to go in peace to the re-education camps, not I!

Just write unintelligible responses. That way they can’t accuse you of not answering.. you just didn’t write neatly. Then if they contact you, ask for new forms every time.
Anyway on one news cast they went to extraordinary length to reassure LLEGALS that they MUST fill out the census regardless of their status. They won't be deported. They were just counting human beings. The count of human beings was important for voting reasons and state and federal money that they could benefit from. I was LIVID! ILLEGALS should NOT be counted or entitled to state and federal money. They should be DEPORTED!
After reviewing and rejecting all of the possible choices on his list I created a new one. Since there was a Pacific Islander category and I am of British ancestry and my wife of Irish I stated the race of the inhabitants of our home to be "Atlantic Islanders" which he dutifully entered on his form.
Do I have to respond to the American Community Survey / Puerto Rico Community Survey?

“I hereby affirm that the provisions of Title 13 ``requiring’’ me to disclose my race, personal financial data, birthdate, or any other personal, private information to the Bureau of the Census, an agency of the United States government; constitutes an unreasonable, unwarranted search of my person, house, papers, and/or effects; and a governmental invasion of the sanctity of my home and the privacies of life. As such, these provisions violate the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution, and are thus wholly void and I am not bound to obey them.
I have completed the only those sections of the Census form pertaining to the Constitutionally-mandated actual enumeration, as follows:
The actual number of people living at the address printed on the form, excluding untaxed Native Americans;
Age of each person in accordance with US Const. Amendment XIV, Section 2.
Sex of each person, in accordance with US Const. Amendment XIV, Section 2.
I have thus fulfilled my obligation to the attainment of the actual enumeration of the populace of the United States.
Any fine or other sanction that is levied by any office or organization stemming from the unconstitutional provisions of Title 13 in connection with my response to this or any other Census-related questioning will be challenged in a court of law.”

You can file a formal, criminal, complaint with your local Police Department. They have the means to track down the all those callers.
I was getting weird 'unknown' cell calls (I'd answer an no one was there). I called T-Mobile and they said I should call the police. That they could find the person, company, or org that was calling.
If the ACLU doesn’t protest this blatant domestic spying in the form of a census questionnaire, the ACLU will have lost the last shred of credibility.

I’d tell them that I’d sue them for harrasment if they keep calling the cell phone like that. You can also report them to the FCC - I did that with a credit card marketing company that was constantly calling my cell, interrupting me, and using up my minutes.
And I’m not answering anything more than you did, either - haven’t gotten it yet but if I did would be tempted to mail it back to the source wrapped around a dog turd with a fork in it.

They are not Census Bureau employees. They are from ACORN who is notorious for not having the best of staff working for them. I wouldn't trust them no matter how much they claim to be from the Census.
Sorry but I totally disagree with that statement. Our Constitution is your only hope. It is in as much effect as we want it to be.

I’m sure that the feds wrote an exception to the telemarketing rules that prohibit cell phone solicitation. Do as I say, not as I do you know...

Find out what the last census had for averages and answer all the questions with those averages:)
That statement along with the form with all non-required areas solidly blacked out (like redacted sections of public documents), only leaving the constitutionally required questions with answers.
Number of Bathrooms; Depends on the time of day and how much I have to eat or drink.
How many miles do I drive to work, and what time do I leave?; Depends on what car I drive, what route I take and what day I work. Pick a number between 0 and 75. The time?; never the same two days in a row.
How long am I away from home? Well, I work 8 or 12 hour days, you figure it out. And what hours am I away from home? And where do I keep my cash and valuables? And what is the best time to find me home? And do I have a security system? A mean dog?
You get the picture. ACORN has expenses not funded by Dear Leader that cover near enough of our worker lifestyles. They have to make ends meet somehow.

If they are contracted by the Census Bureau then they are working as contract employees. The CB is on the hook. If they are not contracted or otherwise employeed by the CB then their forms and calls are illegal.

This is the key. Tell them something, anything, just don't tell them the truth. I'm a hispanic, high school drop out, union member, making $453,069 and my religion is wiccan.

Well, looking at the future of the American workforce under Obummer, the volunteer program is looking pretty good and going to work for the volunteer program looks like the day will start somewhere between 9-10am and end around 2pm.
However, this is dependent on approximately 10 variables.
