EL PASO -- José Daniel González was living the sweet life in America. He bought the $365,000 two-story Mediterranean with the tile roof and swimming pool. He started a trucking company, was raising a family. But on a Friday night in May, he was executed in his front yard -- eight shots, tight pattern, close range. According to police detectives, González knew the man who ordered his killing. He also knew the man who stood on his lawn and watched him die...A gangland-style slaying is no big news across the river in Ciudad Juarez, where more than 1,300 people have been killed this year despite the presence of 10,000 soldiers...
But in El Paso, where local leaders boast how safe their city is...the González slaying was as disturbing as it was sensational. For people here, the blood splashed on a pretty American street was a jarring sign that Mexico's drug violence is spilling across the border into U.S. suburbia. Most unsettling, especially El Paso police officials, was that both González and the man accused of ordering his killing turned out to be ranking drug traffickers from the notorious Juarez cartel, as well as informers for the U.S. government.
"So this is how these people end up in our country," said El Paso police Lt. Alfred Lowe, a 29-year veteran whose team made the arrests in the González case. "We bring them here."...
El Paso Police Chief Greg Allen...said he has complained to federal counterparts about a lack of cooperation and information sharing. Allen told reporters that he raised those complaints in meetings with the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, known as ICE, which, according to police and charging documents, arranged for González's visa so he could live in the United States....

Thanks for the insanity report. We have similiar situations here in California with entire cities being sanctuaries for illegals.
Similar things are happening in Southern Texas. From multiple sources, I’ve heard that many in law enforcement are on the take, people are told not to drive the highways at night and that people down there know what is going on, but are afraid to talk about it. Funny how we don’t here anything about it from the MSM..

Last year TN wanted to pass a law that any applicants for any type of govt bennies over the age of 18 must first prove that they were American citizens...
The illegal aliens were pouring in from GA and we faced mounting costs in our state...
and with laws like that they would bypass TN..
The different bleeding heart agencies claimed it would COST TOO MUCH to do that ...
They had the amount up in the millions every year...

When my natural born American daughter was in college with 2 children, working part time, she apply for a low income HUD loan to buy a house...
She was turned down...The reason ??? She didnt make enough ...Say what ??
Meanwhile in another TN county illegal aliens were getting Home loans like candy from the same agency...Because the poor dear things were so low income...

BTW as soon as she graduated and began to work full time she got a regular loan from a bank and it did not involve the goverment...

I dont know if the forms are still the same...
But when i immigrated in 1971, I had to swear and sign a document to say that I would not apply for any type of government assistance..and that I understood that I must not..
I had to have a certain amount of money with me when I arrived...Enough to live on for the 90 days I had to wait for my green card...
Actually I got my green card within 60 days...
But until I was an American citizen, that provision in my documentation still applied...

A neighbor was recently talking about the 800 lb gorilla in all of the California homes which no one wants to discuss re cost to the states, the illegals.
I told her she was wrong. The illegals are not the 800 pound gorilla being ignored.
They are King Kong Clones all over California, Oregon, Arizona, Texas and ?
She agreed the problem is King Kong sized.
