Nope, you have to be KIA or have a PH, MOH, Silver Star, etc or be retired military to get buried at Arlington as a vet, so he wouldn’t get buried there from his two years of service alone. He’s getting buried there because he was a senator...anyone who held elected office of the US government can be buried there.
