A convicted sex offender and his wife have been arrested in the 1991 kidnapping of an 11-year-old girl — who had been kept as a sex slave and held in the backyard of the couple's Antioch, Calif. home.
Jaycee Lee Dugard bore several children for sex offender, Phillip Garrido, 58, officers from the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office said in a news conference Thursday.

You know at times like this, I think that a more useful option for Saddam (instead of executing him) would have been to bring him to the U.S., put him to work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons (under lock and key of course) and when utter scumbags like this turn up, send them to Saddam and one of those industrial shredding machines he used on political dissidents.

This creep was released from Nevada prison after 11 yrs of a 50 yr sentence for rape. He was being supervised by CA parole.

The guards need to insert what looks like a light bulb into the fixture in their cell, but instead of giving off light directly, it will give off intense heat and any attempt to unscrew the light bulb will bring the person in the cell into contact with the electrical circuit. They will either be cooked or electrocuted. It would be their choice.
