I'm not inclined to piss on anyone's grave. But for the Hufffington Post to throwup this editorial, gotta say I am up for pissing on them. All of a sudden they want to conject for the dead and defenseless? I've always filed the Kopechne incident under the "The rich and powerful get away with more things than us less rich and powerful" in my cabinet. People risk their lives on the line for their beliefs every day. A few even voluntarily give their lives. Their cause is important to the consideration of their virtue. In dieing Miss Kopechne never had the anything to do with that kind of consideration. Miss Kopechne never had a choice. She never had any choice in the risk of or decision to end her life. To ponder that she would have thought her death was "worth while" makes me sick.

The “Swimmer” left Mary Jo to die. It may have taken her 1-3 hours to die. There was a small air pocket in the car.Mary Jo died a HORRIBLE death! The “Swimmer” should have been prosecuted for 2nd degree murder and should be inprisoned for several years.
