Cleveland #4 stressful city? What a joke. There's no traffic, no factories to pollute, home prices were low to begin with, the lake is nice, the parks are great, outer suburbs are wonderful, summers are sunny, winters are cloudy, cold, and very snowy. Even a lot of the criminals moved out. Except for the ones who are elected.
Whatever happened to the plan to bulldozer the cities that are in ruins?
Shouldn’t they start with Chicago?
I lived in that $#!%hole of a city for 3 years. I felt the years of stress melt away as I drove away..... What a terrible place to live.
