"This used to be America," argued a protester outside a health-care town hall meeting in Reston, Va., after a police officer threatened him with arrest for holding up a sign with a picture critical of Barack Obama.
The officer's response?
"It ain't no more, OK?"
A video of the town hall held earlier this week by Rep. Jim Moran, D-Va., shows an unnamed protester standing on school grounds carrying a sign that read "Organizing for National Socialist Health Care – The Final Solution" and depicted Barack Obama in the Joker's makeup.
Officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. then told the protester that even though others were holding signs, his sign was unacceptable because of the depiction of Obama.
"But you got this with a picture," Cheeks said, explaining why the protester was being singled out from the others. "That's the difference. This has got a picture on it. That don't have a picture on it.
"Sir, leave the picture down," the officer said. "If you put the picture back up, you'll be charged with trespassing."

I don’t imagine there’s a picture of officer Cheeks ‘cause I’m just guessin’ he’s black and doesn’t want any pictures/cartoons of his most high one just like the muzzies think cartoons of you know who are grounds for death.
Officer, kindly go back to Russia where you came from. This is America and will always be. Praise be to God!
I’ll also be guessing that the cop was a UNION cop too.

The Obama faction is just starting to protect their glorious leader. It will get worse.

I think the guy was a security guard pretending to be Paul Blart. He was not a cop IMO.
Pathetic dorks, many years ago I was awtching an event at the Kennedy Center, and president Nixon came in, after being seated, he was met with cries of tricky dicky, o used cars here etc..no one was arrested, no one chastised etc...
I sadly believe that many think today that we opressed many races and religions and got that power from such actions as the black cop has started to demonstrate, but they fail to look at the real result of democracy/republic power lies in the ideas of the people and the freedom to live their lives

Unacceptable is NOT a legal term.
I doubt you will find it written into any Criminal Code law.
The protestor should have asked the Officer to cite the law that made depiction of the asshat Obama look like and asshat illegal and when the officer could not, should have told him to piss off

He should have let this "officer" arrest him for trespass. At that point I'm sure Hannity, Rush, Malkin and others in Conservative Media would have had a field day shining the light on this creep. This is precisely the tactic the left would use and it's precisely the tactic we need to use each and every time this sort of crap happens. Free speech means free speech, not speech that some accept and some don't.
