That’s what happens when people elect on the basis of emotion and hype. The electors allowed people who want only power to come to office; the ‘government’ didn’t do it on its own.
Electors who voted for Hussein have no one to blame but themselves and their own myoptic ignorance, and ignore the character of their champion.
I totally agree. This election I voted for who I wanted into office instead of who I didn’t. I didn’t vote Obamanation nor McCain. Both I believe read from the same script, I voted third party and to this day I’m proud of my vote and if I had it to do over, I would vote the same way.
I guess it took Obama in office to wake up enough people to understand that things in this country are not right and it is because we allow our emotions do our voting for us.
You will have to take a chance on the unknown to get changes in government. The existing ones (barring a few) are part of this problem.
Especially the hype. A lot of people--a huge number, in my estimation--voted for him simply because of Bush Derangement Syndrome, which was driven into near-frenzy by the traitorous media. If a study is ever made about why people voted as they did last election, I'm betting that less than 25% voted based on research they had personally done. Most relied on the HYPE from the media and the political talking heads. God bless Freepers, who mostly would fall into that 25% number.
