HE Sure is - he works 60-70 hrs a week in a sweltering hot Florida kitchen - in a 400 seat restaurant = but, when you’re the boss, you work salary, not paid by the hour - you know how it is...
He has never gained back the weight that chemo and radiation stripped from him. But he still has that wonderful smile that lights up the room.
