Kennedy biographer Ed Klein on Wednesday refuted the absurd claim made earlier in the morning by MSNBC’s Chris Matthews that with Teddy’s passing “Barack [Obama] is now the last brother.”

In fact, when WOR radio’s Steve Malzberg addressed what Matthews said on the “Today” show, Klein responded, "Makes me want to puke."

Look at the picture of Matthews on that page. It looks like he’s asking George to tell him about the rabbits.

“Makes me want to puke.”

An appropriate response to the crazed ramblings of Matthews. Just when you think MSNBC cannot get any lower/crazy they manage to outdo themselves. What an absurd crock.

People like Matthews worship the Kennedys. John Kerry, Gary Hart, and others even try to style their hair like JFK. Plagiarist historian Doris Kearns Goodwin talks of them in tones of awe.

Why all this? Because the Kennedys promoted the unoriginal and demonstrably false idea that you can create an ideal society by spending other people's money. And because, I suppose, JFK was good looking.

Britney Spears might be a better political thinker than these people!

More to the point, how much can we blame the ol’ Senate Lyin’ Lion for giving us Obama out of political score settling—and for Obama trying so hard to give us KopekneCare?

How about actually holding the guy responsible for his ‘legacy’?

Once his beloved Hitlery lost he quickly changed.
I have been feeling like puking ever since November when we found out that ZERO was in charge. . . . . . . .
I still say we are better off than having the #1 RINO running the show.
ZERO is bringing US (conservatives) together. The #1 RINO couldn't have done that. . . . . .

Does anybody remember when Daniel Patrick Moynahan was forced to endorse Hillary Clinton for the Senate run in New York? Moynahan hated her. His wife even refused to come out of the house. Whatever they had on Moynahan was powerful enough to silence his objections and endorse her from his own home.

BUT there was still JFK JUNIOR to contend with. Every poll was showing that if he entered the race, he would walk away with it hands down. More and more democrats and newspapers were literally begging Jr. to run against hillary. He finally said he would consider it even though he didn’t really want it. Ted Kennedy refused to interfere and tell Jr. to stay out. The Kennedy dynasty was far more important to him and he hated the Clintons with a passion.

Ted Kennedy LOST the war with the Clintons the day JFK JR went down in that plane. It broke him. Anyone who thinks that was an accident needs to remember that all we got from that crash was a miraculously appearing pharmacy bottle with his wife’s name on it and a piece of empty luggage.

If you think Kennedy endorsed obama because he loved him, think again. He endorsed obama because he was supposed to. He couldn’t even pronounce obama’s name right in the beginning. Caroline Kennedy never got into politics. She was the last living tie to John in Ted kennedy’s life. He would have done anything, anything to protect her. If that meant endorsing someone he couldn’t stand, he would do it. Giving him the cover of Camelot was the easy part. Caroline conjured up all the images and made them seem fresh and new.

His endorsement of obama had exactly the effect that the clintons wanted it to have. Every perception was it was payback to the clintons. The clintons had long since co-opted obama. He is theirs body and soul but nobody seems to have grasped that yet.

obama thought he could slip the knot and go off on his own doing things that were not in the script. He’s been trying to be an obvious muslim without saying he is a muslim and that is a no no. He tried to make it a “black” thing. The Gates fiasco was the straw. Once he tried that, the clintons shot him down, 1, 2, 3. He went running to his “pal” Teddy for protection but Teddy refused to see him. There was nothing Kennedy could/would have done to protect him anyway. He went to Martha’s Vineyard out of desperation and tried over and over again to see Kennedy even until the end. Not because he cared, but because he is scared.

There is no one in his administration with any tie to Kennedy whatsoever. There is nothing he has done that originated with Ted Kennedy. The healthcare bill is the hillary care resurrected and battle hardened. Kennedy actually wanted to give people MORE access to healthcare. Hillary care wants control of it and the economy that goes with it. It is a raw powergrab, not benevolent in any way at all.

Teddy wanted OUT of Afghanistan. The clintons want to control the drugs. obama is trying to have his cake and eat it too. That is why our troops are in such overwhelming danger there. obama’s heart is with the muslims, but his LIFE belongs to the clintons. Our troops are being sacrificed because of him and because he can not serve two masters. Push is coming to shove here.

It will be interesting to watch obama try to outmaneuver the clintons. I don’t think he has a prayer. The only thing remaining is how do the clintons move him out while keeping their hands clean? THAT is something to worry about. The danger facing this country can NOT be overstated.

"In Klein's view: "He may not even have known about it...He's been very, very sick for a very long time. I don't know if he was ever well enough to actually compose such a letter for a period of time it would have taken him to do it...I think maybe if he had a lucid moment he may have looked at the letter."

Some FReepers quickly doubted that Kennedy wrote the letter. If he didn't, here is just another fraud perpetrated by the Democrats to accomplish their agenda.

Listen to one of Teddy's buddies (Ed Klein) talk about how Teddy used to joke about Chappaquiddick. It was on NPR of course.

This doesnt make sense. Hillary would not have had Kennedy endorse Obama over her...

And now it is looking more and more like something is wrong with Bill.maybe Parkinsons. She isn’t going to be able to run for the White House again if he has a major problem.

Mathews has a tiny little spit-drenched mind. His beady eyes are too close together and he goes into apoplectic seizures when confronted with intelligent female conservatives. On the other extreme he gets a tingly man-crush over his beloved “brutha from a different mutha”. He’s just another liberal laboring feverishly away for the long awaited Collectivist Utopia and the Great Glorious coming of the Progressive Future. Who watches this clown anyway?

It makes perfect sense. hillary clinton could never have been elected even if she had won the nomination. Had she been elected, bill would have been severely handicapped. They stood to lose their fortune, (made and still in the making.)
Remember where bill was for the Superbowl? And immediately after that, Richardson endorsed obama? Don’t you find that odd? Do you think Dean could have survived a clinton onslaught for HIS machinations at the DNC to force delegates to obama?
The answer is no, no, and no.
