Skip to comments. Why has child molestation committed by illegal aliens become an epidemic?

a study conducted by the Violent Crimes Institute reports that between 1999 and 2006, there were nearly 1,000,000 sex crimes committed in the United States by illegal aliens.
So why does the crime of child molestation seem to be so prevalent among illegal aliens from Mexico? The answer may lie within the age-old Mexican culture of "machismo," as well as within the actual laws of that country.
The crime of rape or child molestation is incredibly under-reported in Mexico, because there is so much shame placed upon the victim as well as the difficulty in proving the case.
The crime of kidnapping a woman for the purpose of rape and marriage against their will, or "rapto" as it is known in Mexico is actually a minor crime and rarely ever prosecuted. A Mexican legislator actually called the practice "romantic." Of course, this crime if committed in the United States would elicit felony charges and a penalty of 20 years to life in prison.
While rape is a serious crime in the United States, many Mexican nationals cannot understand why they are prosecuted on this side of the border. Often, a small payment of $10 to $20 to the victim´s family will settle the matter back in Mexico.
The most troubling and telling reason behind the growing epidemic of child molestation at the hands of Mexican illegal aliens, is the fact the age of sexual consent throughout the majority of Mexico is 12 years of age!
The only other nation in the world which boasts such a disregard for childhood innocence is Zimbabwe, where the age of consent is also 12.

kinda like islamofascists
According to the article, it’s a cultural thing. Diversity and all that jazz.
Look for this story in the NY Times tomorrow //sarc//
You hit the nail on the head!
if our government wont protect us from this then what good are them
This is commonly known. However if you talk about it you’re branded a racist.
Mexican men often like girls younger than is accepted here.
I have had issues with them over this nearly resulting in violence.
It’s no wonder that they are a nation that shares a border with the wealthiest nation in history (until Jorge Bush and Hussein Obama got ahold of it) and they are still a third-world mess. Is the fence still being built?
Thank you for posting. I sat on a Grand Jury once and most of our cases where child rape and Incest I guess that is no big deal in that Mexican culture either. All were men who were here illegally and who seemed to be rather nonplussed about the proceedings. I assume they figured this was some form of formality and also figured they would be home for super. Most got long sentences.
“Because we allowed it?”
I wondered how many legal citizens were involved. According to the report.....
ICE Operation Predator arrests of child exploiters top 10,000
In four years, initiative has removed more than 5,500 child exploiters from the U.S.
“WASHINGTON - Just four years after the Department of Homeland Security launched Operation Predator, an initiative aimed at those who sexually exploit children, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced today that its arrests had topped 10,000.
More than 8,600 of those arrested as part of the operation have been non-citizen sex offenders whose crimes make them removable from the United States. As of today, more than 5,500 have been removed from the United States.”
Why? Because we aren't kicking their a$$e$ for crimes.
We don't care. They share them with us.
So raping woman and children is a “cultural thing” in Mexico...
Yes, that is correct. To expand a bit: the rape of women, children, and even other men is seen as a part of the machismo culture in Mexico. It evokes less revulsion in that culture than ours.
Wrong. The major difference is in reproductive age. The biological reproductive age is the same but the cultural reproductive age is different. In many countries, including Mexico, reproduction starts at an earlier age.
Also, in Mexico and other nations to the south, they have what called Rapto, the ritual abduction and rape of the woman as part of the marriage ritual. The female co-operates.
This article is full of mis-info.
First he uses two sources that he bounces back and forth. One is the ICE data that is linked to #14 and the other is the Violent Crimes Institute which is Schurman-Kauflin.
On the ICE data he goes from Foreign National to illegal alien to Mexican illegal alien. Also he slides from exploitation to sexual exploitation to sexual molestation.
As for the VCI data, that method is using the incarceration data to extrapolate back to a crime rate. There is no correlation between incarceration rate and crime rate. If you calculate crime rates of all groups using this method, then add them all up, the erroneous total number of crimes is about double of the total number of crimes reported.
Ms Schurman-Kauflin's previous study in which she used the same method to calculate the murder rate of women has also been shot down.
In Mexico, a man who rapes is considered virile and manly and rape is seen more as "seduction" than forcible, non-consensual sex. A man who rapes other men is still regarded as macho as long as he is the pitcher and not the catcher (to a certain extent, less so than hetero rape). Of course, this acceptance of rape has decreased with the passage of time in Mexico, and there are many who do not hold this view, but to deny the existence of this cultural dynamic is to put our society at risk, seeing as how we have about 50 million of them in our country.
The cultural acceptance of rape has little to do with reproductive age, IMO.
